Industry standard skills normally expected from an onsite support technician including:
- ServiceNow ticket handling
- Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system related issues, How-to assistance of End User assigned IT devices and software
- Standard and non-standard HW Devices (peripherals like monitors, label printers, etc.) Perform basic HW support for Desktop & Laptop:
- RAM upgrade
- Keyboard exchange
- SSD HD replacement
- Assistance on Software related issues (Standard & Non-Standard) Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Smart Hands experiences for any support team including but not limited to Multi-Functional Printers, Standalone, Networked Printers & Scanners, including toner replacement, Servers & Storage
- Smartphones & Portable Devices experiences for SIM handling and provisioning Smart Hands Meeting room support (Audio and Video Equipment)
- Smart Hands support for Network cabling and port patching, Wi-Fi network, replacement of router, HUBS and Switches (local task pertaining to Smart Hands support)
- Stock management (incoming & outgoing IT goods)
- End user training and education

Position: Senior SAP B1 Solution
Starting salary: starting 1000 KWD, depending on experience
Benefits: 30 working paid leave days + medical insurance for the employee + 1 round-trip ticket allowance per year (to home country)

Responsibilities- Knowledge and use of standard project methodologies ASAP
- Participate in or lead business blueprint workshops and analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define the project
- Documentation of the business blueprint report
- Map customer requirements to SAP products and process flows
- Explain SAP products and technology strategies to customer
- Communicate requirements, project scope, and issues
- Define system landscape, transport system, and authorizations
- Activate SAP Best Practices and understand the underlying tool architecture
- Activate / install the system, ensure the system is configured and works properly, and transport legacy data
- Document development requirements and communicate with development team
- Document reporting requirements and communicate with reporting team
- Perform functional unit, integration, and acceptance tests
- Personalize reports, forms, and interfaces
- Communicate critical information to the customer and other team members and support change management activities throughout the project
- Successfully train end and key users
- Manage cut-over process
- Monitor project progress and success
- Provide post go-live support
- Resolve unexpected problems
- Manage change effectively
- Using the project management tool ERM (EasyRedmine)
- Preferably a Completed Degree in Accounting or Engineering
- Very comfortable with business processes and terminology
- Very good at engaging and working with people at all levels in an organization
- Travel is an essential part of consulting.
- Driving License / own vehicle required
