In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and account growth across Oracle solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, On-Premise, and Alloy). - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle technologies.
- Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and On-Premise portfolios, including Fusion Applications, OCI, and Exadata.
- Experience in managing enterprise/public sector accounts in Kuwait or GCC region.
- Demonstrated track record of closing large-scale ($1M+) deals.
- Knowledge of cloud transformation, digital initiatives, and IT modernization projects.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
