The Security Escort Program acts as an integrated member of the unit providing operations continuity during rotation of personnel for OCN/LN personnel. Under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) the Escort shall provide observation services located at assigned locations to augment the unit's Security Monitor program. Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
This position is contingent based on contract award.
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
+ Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
+ Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
+ Ensures LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e., weapons, drugs, etc.).
+ Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by LN/OCNs workforce.
+ Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
+ Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
+ The ability to drive company provided vehicles on and off base.
Physical Activities:
+ Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
+ Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection.
+ Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently, etc.
+ Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ US Citizen.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining.
+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
+ Must hold an active DoD secret clearance or be able to obtain this clearance prior to deployment and must maintain such clearance for the duration of employment in this role.
+ Must be capable of meeting/maintaining deployment medical and dental requirements
+ Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
+ Must have effective communication skills (written/verbal) with exceptional problem resolution abilities.

The VoIP/Video Engineer is a subject matter expert with an in-depth knowledge of voice routing communications in medium to large infrastructure and design. This position requires technical expertise in call and video routing, optimization, call and video flow technology, customer service and QoS as referenced to DoD practices. The VoIP/Video Engineer must also be able to work under intense pressure and varying situational environments to provide customers voice and video call services without interruption. Data Center Network Engineers support the Enterprise-class infrastructure of the RCC-SWA. RCC-SWA engineers provide optimization, administration, and technical documentation of all enterprise infrastructure systems. Additionally, engineers resolve and appropriately complete assigned cases and change requests while acting as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues. The core infrastructure technology duties include an in-depth understanding of Cisco’s Nexus switching, ASR routing, UCS compute platforms, and lifecycle management planning. The MCF is managed by the RCC-SWA and provides enterprise Information Technology (IT) services to approved Army customers. Program: OMDAC-SWACA

Responsibilities
- Produce enterprise-level support for a dynamic and large-scale networking infrastructure from the perspective of service origination in the data center, as well as service delivery in the global transport architecture. Provide expert level knowledge of data center infrastructure hardware such as Nexus 9000 series switches, Fabric Extenders, UCS chassis’ and UCS Fabric Interconnects. Along with assuming the expert role regarding vPC, FCoE, Catalyst VSS, MPLS L3VPN, eBGP/iBGP, OSPF/EIGRP, DMVPN, FlexPod design philosophy, among other tunneling and data center-centric technologies. - Monitors availability and reliability of the data center network and supported infrastructure utilizing DX NetOps Spectrum, SolarWinds Orion and Cisco DNA Center.

Data Center Storage Engineers support the enterprise storage infrastructure for all sites within the RCC-SWA Area of Responsibility and provide optimization, administration and technical documentation for the enterprise storage infrastructure. Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
+ Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.

+ Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
+ Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
