Position Overview


AIU is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Assistant Director for the School of Business. This entry-level administrative role is designed for recent MBA graduates eager to contribute to the operational excellence and strategic initiatives of a growing academic institution. The Assistant Director will work closely with senior leadership to support program development, faculty coordination, and student engagement.


Key Responsibilities

American International University (AIU) is seeking and individual ready to step into the dynamic leadership role of Dean - School of Business. This is a unique opportunity for recent PhD holders to challenge themselves, grow both professionally and personally, and shape the future of a developing university.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the School of Business, including full-time and adjunct faculty, degree programs, and curriculum development.
  • Develop and assess course offerings and degree programs to ensure academic excellence.
  • Manage the school’s budget and participate in faculty recruitment and development.
  • Promote research and scholarship within the school.
  • Maintain the Business Advisory Committee and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Lead the school’s efforts in accreditation processes, including familiarity with American institutional accreditation and specialized systems such as AACSB.
  • Ensure the School of Business website is up-to-date and accurately reflects program offerings and achievements.
