EPortal is actively recruiting for the role of Director - Oracle Project Management & Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PMO processes and policies, direct project management staff, and work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. You will direct and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals, objectives, and requirements.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Overseeing the project portfolio to ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining project management tools, templates, and systems to support the PMO function.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, and project team members.
• Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the PMO, including planning, organizing, and directing projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Developing and managing project forecasts and financial reports.
• Developing and implementing project management policies, procedures, and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to executive leadership on project status, risk, and issues.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to mitigate risk and resolve issues.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and feedback for continuous improvement.
  
  

• A bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• PMP, RMP, ACP, PgMP and P3O certifications or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
• Experience in developing and implementing project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in managing and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Fluency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).

We are seeking an experienced SAP SAC/BI/ETL Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in extracting data from SAP ECC, with deep knowledge of SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and advanced SQL skills. This role involves working closely with various business units to understand their data requirements, extracting and transforming data from SAP ECC systems, and ensuring seamless integration with reporting and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP ECC modules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Collaborate with the SAP BI team to ensure the effective transfer of data from ECC to SAP BW or other BI systems. Implement best practices for data extraction and transformation within SAP BI.

Design and implement data models within SAC, integrating data from SAP ECC and other sources. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to business stakeholders.

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Use SQL to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and enhance data quality.

Manage and monitor ETL processes, ensuring efficient and timely data flow from SAP ECC to the target systems. Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the data extraction and loading processes.

Work closely with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical support, and deliver data solutions that meet business needs. Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and other relevant project details.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in SAP ECC data extraction, with a strong focus on ETL processes.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BI (Business Intelligence) tools and methodologies.

Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data modeling and reporting.

Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and data validation.

Analytical Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Skills

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification(s) in BI, BW, or related areas.
