IHV Alliance Sales Director
to join our strategic partnerships team who will be responsible for leading IHV Alliances in the EMEA or APAC regions. Reporting to the Head of IHV Alliances, the IHV Alliance Sales Director will work closely with IHV and Canonical teams in those geographies to develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at strategic partner organizations, fostering collaboration and alignment on joint business objectives. The IHV Alliance Sales Director will manage and grow a team of Business Development Managers and help them identify and pursue new business opportunities with IHVs, driving revenue growth and market expansion, develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings, oversee the day-to-day management of alliances including contract negotiations and performance tracking, and issue resolution. The Director is responsible for building trusted relationships with IHV partners, increasing Canonical market share and attach rate, evangelising the partnership and leading all business interactions from engineer to CxO. They will often run customer workshops focused on particular initiatives at that customer, attend sales events, give public presentations and lead executive engagements. Location: This role will be based remotely in EMEA or APAC regions. Responsibilities

will collaborate with Product, Alliances, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing colleagues to prospect into ISV accounts, introduce our offerings, help partners or potential customers develop their products to best leverage our portfolio. The successful candidate will:
Drive embedded support and licensing sales with ISVs to exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets. Lead customer and partner relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales, customer success and support lifecycle. Deepen their understanding and engagement with the open source ecosystem. Identify and develop partnerships that support Canonical's strategic ambitions. Collaborate with product management to ensure fitness and enhancement of our platforms and solutions for ISVs. Negotiate contracts with new and existing ISV partners and customers. Primarily responsible for ensuring & expanding B2B sales business across Rental &
Leasing Customers, Fleet Customers, Wholesale & Tenders including but not limited
to Ministries & Govt bodies like MOH, MOE, MEW, MOI, MOD, PART, PAFM, PAI,
Devise & execute robust strategies for market penetration in B2B sales for all assigned
brands including but not limited to Jaguar, Maserati, Bentley, Ferrari, Lynk&Co, etc.
Manage team of B2B Sales executives & drive sales through effective collaboration
amongst the sales team & involve in deal negotiation to conclude bulk deals.
Should be excellent in pricing & promotional strategies for outright sales of products
through fleet & tender sales, should also be well versed in Rental & Leasing business
models to effectively handle rental & leasing customers.
Coordinate with brand managers & marketing managers to devise marketing strategies
& tactical approach for enhancing B2B Sales.
Provide market intelligence reports on potential new fleet & tender sales, information
Develop excellent rapport with Banking & NBFCs for availing excellent financial
support for our customers to ensure closure of deals involving financing.

Liaise with the Brand Manager to define recruitment needs and coordinate with the

Develop explicit action plans to address any VRM or KPI performance behind the
