Operational & Store Performance Support

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess picker efficiency, fulfilment accuracy, and store compliance with Deliveroo procedures.

  • Track store B10 metrics (amended orders, missing items, cancellations, substitutions) and propose corrective actions.

  • Train store pickers on Deliveroo’s order fulfilment process, focusing on order prioritization, substitution handling, and picking accuracy.

  • Ensure in-store hardware (tablets, POS systems) is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues with store staff.

Data Analysis & System Management

  • Use Google Sheets, Excel, and internal tools to maintain an up-to-date database for pricing, availability, and content management.

  • Generate reports on SKU performance, pricing trends, and fulfilment metrics to assist Account Managers.

  • Work with Tech and Operations teams to improve data workflows and system efficiency.

  • Identify patterns in operational issues and content inaccuracies, providing proactive solutions.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with Account Managers, Operations, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns, pricing updates, and content improvements.

  • Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth order fulfilment and troubleshoot catalogue or operational issues in real time.

  • Provide real-time updates on pricing, stock issues, and content categorization.

  • Requirements:

  • Knowledge of inventory management, pricing audits, and data hygiene best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in e-commerce, grocery, or retail is a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license & own car (fuel allowance provided) for store visits.

Workplace & Benefits

At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.

Diversity

At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.
