Purpose of the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized ODG + Retail Associate to support Deliveroo’s On-Demand Grocery (ODG) and Retail function. This role combines content management, operational support, and data accuracy, ensuring a structured product catalogue while optimizing in-store fulfilment efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, and the ability to manage product listings efficiently while ensuring data integrity. Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Product Data Quality

Build and maintain a clean, structured product database, ensuring accuracy in item names, descriptions, images, and categorization.

• Ensure data integrity across different systems, working with internal teams to implement best practices in catalogue management.
• Audit pricing, promotions, and stock availability, flagging discrepancies to Account Managers.

Ensure customers know someone’s available to help if they need anything, from answering product questions to showing them a product that meets their needs—thus help in increase of sales.

Ensure customers know someone’s available to help if they need anything, from answering product questions to showing them a product that meets their needs—thus help in increase of sales.

Sales associates are also responsible for maintaining your store’s clean and organized appearance, setting up product displays, restocking items, and checking out customers (if you don’t also have a cashier).

Your main goal is to be able to sell the product to the client. Locations will be in between 360 Mall and/or part time locations such as exhibitions which we take part in.
