Monitor precast materials quality.
All plants, equipments, instruments, and apparatus are regularly checked and calibrated.
Materials are carefully maintained, stockpile, and produced complying with international standards. The parameters are complied and attested by external third-party laboratory.
Ensure that all activities are strictly followed with the current Company Policy and Legislation in particular with respect to Health & Safety.
Maintain the Technical Laboratory in proper working condition, including calibration of testing equipment.
Check and review the site report.
Directly inspect and control the activities of the Laboratory.
Requirements
A degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 Years’ Experience In The Same Field.
Good communications skills (Verbal/Writing).
18 - Transferable residency.
Kuwait driving license is a plus.
Able to join asap.

Overview
A well-established company engaged in the construction and refurbishment of U.S. and Kuwaiti military projects is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Engineer (Electrical) to join our team in Kuwait.
Responsibilities- Direct, supervise, and coordinate electrical QC activities with the site supervision team.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, and material samples for compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and inspect all electrical materials and systems for quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable specifications, drawings, and QA/QC standards; report deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA/QC documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate electrical QC work with other technical disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise electrical tests, inspections, and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve non-conformances; evaluate corrective and preventive action plans.
- Promote and implement safety culture and accident prevention plans on-site.
- Support project management with technical coordination, reporting, and supervisory tasks as required.
- Perform design calculations, material submittal reviews, and shop drawing checks as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical engineering codes, standards, and techniques.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- QC Electrical experience in construction projects in Kuwait (experience working with the U.S. military is a plus).
- Familiarity with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or similar QC standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
