The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for assessing and evaluating various aspects of Safat D&I installation teams. This role helps maintain quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement within the D&I teams, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

Mystery Visits: Conduct unannounced visits to Safat D&I, evaluate the teams’ standards, punctuality, professionalism, and customer interaction, and assess the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the D&I team members as well as the trucks.

Handling and Assembly: Ensure proper handling of furniture during transport to maintain product condition, and evaluate the assembly and installation by D&I teams at the customer’s location.

Product Inspection: Examine delivered furniture to confirm it matches the customer’s order.

Timeliness: Evaluate the delivery team’s ability to meet scheduled delivery times and report any delays.

Documentation: Create detailed reports, including written descriptions and photographic evidence of issues observed during the delivery process.

Feedback and Recommendations: Provide feedback and recommendations to the D&I teams and customers to improve the delivery process and customer experience.

Follow-Up Visits: Conduct follow-up visits if necessary to monitor improvements based on previous assessments.

Policy: Ensure that the delivery team follows safety guidelines, company policies, and delivery-related regulations.
