This role helps maintain quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement within the D&I teams, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Mystery Visits: Conduct unannounced visits to Safat D&I, evaluate the teams’ standards, punctuality, professionalism, and customer interaction, and assess the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the D&I team members as well as the trucks.
• Handling and Assembly: Ensure proper handling of furniture during transport to maintain product condition, and evaluate the assembly and installation by D&I teams at the customer’s location.
• Product Inspection: Examine delivered furniture to confirm it matches the customer’s order.
• Timeliness: Evaluate the delivery team’s ability to meet scheduled delivery times and report any delays.
• Documentation: Create detailed reports, including written descriptions and photographic evidence of issues observed during the delivery process.
• Feedback and Recommendations: Provide feedback and recommendations to the D&I teams and customers to improve the delivery process and customer experience.
• Follow-Up Visits: Conduct follow-up visits if necessary to monitor improvements based on previous assessments.
• Policy: Ensure that the delivery team follows safety guidelines, company policies, and delivery-related regulations.

- Ensures effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Quality Control Plan.
- Acts as point of contact with customer quality surveillance entities to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are being achieved.
