• Candidate must be able to communicate with the Versar PM and USACE in English, both spoken and written. All reports shall be written in English.
• Candidate must be able to communicate with the local contractor in either the local language or English.
• Candidate shall work an average of 40% (2 days) a week at Taraya, the ANTOC CMU Display Building location while work is in progress and an average of 60% (3 days) a week at the Beirut Naval Base (BNB) location until the completion of the ANTOC CMU Display Building.
  
  

Other Information

• The candidate must be familiar with Corps of Engineer manuals ER 1180-1-6 Construction Quality Management and be able to conduct Quality Assurance through the implementation of three phase control system.ie; preparatory phase, initial phase and follow up phase.
• The candidate must have the ability to work under austere conditions in Lebanon and must pass a medical screening physical to obtain a "fitness for duty" letter.
• The candidate must pass any background check required by the host country and be cleared by the US government.
• Candidates should expect to work five days a week, 8 hours a day

**About this role** Responsibilities**:

- Managing, controlling, coordination and sustaining of company’s integrated management system comprising of multiple international standards with respect to accreditation and certification requirements; Internal Audit; Surveillance Audits;
- Planning and scheduling of Business Process Improvement initiatives and coordination for successful execution;

About The Role

Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics in Accounting (GAAP or/and IFRS), while also developing references and examples of tasks Experts Acquisition: Conduct interviews and assess the qualification tests of experts, ensuring their competency Chat Moderation: Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially those related to project guidelines Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring they align with project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content as necessary to improve quality

Requirements

You have a Master's degree in Accounting. You have at least 5 years of professional experience as Cost Accountant, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Budget Analyst, Controller, Corporate Accountant, Cost Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, Operations Finance Analyst, Strategic Finance Analyst, Manufacturing Accountant, Plant Controller, Financial Analyst, Treasury Analyst, Capital Budgeting Analyst, Internal Auditor, Variance Analyst, Profitability Analyst, etc Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above You have strong knowledge and practical experience with GAAP and/or IFRS Accounting standards. You bring extensive experience in Management Accounting You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
