Duties and responsibilities:

Monitor precast materials quality.

All plants, equipments, instruments, and apparatus are regularly checked and calibrated.

Materials are carefully maintained, stockpile, and produced complying with international standards. The parameters are complied and attested by external third-party laboratory.

Ensure that all activities are strictly followed with the current Company Policy and Legislation in particular with respect to Health & Safety.

Maintain the Technical Laboratory in proper working condition, including calibration of testing equipment.

Check and review the site report.

Directly inspect and control the activities of the Laboratory.

Requirements

A degree from a recognized university.

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience In The Same Field.

Good communications skills (Verbal/Writing).

18 - Transferable residency.

Kuwait driving license is a plus.

Able to join asap.

**Reports to**: Quality Control/R&D

**Responsibilities**
- Make recommendations for improvements to quality control procedures.
- Document problems and produce reports on quality control issues.
- Carry out daily inspections on the premises to ensure all safety standards are adhered to.
- Lead and direct sanitization team and ensure they are following strict safety standards.
- Provide support and investigation when clients raise complaints about food quality-related matters.
- To manage and oversee kitchen staff shift schedules.

**Requirements**:

- BSc. Food Tech or Microbiology background or any science-related course.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as quality control in a catering/diet concept is a must.
- Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety for catering certified.
- Effective usage of data analysis tools.
- Strong personality and can handle high-pressure situations.
- Experienced in handling Local Inspections or any type of food safety audits.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Inspection & testing of incoming materials, preparing reports for submission to concerned departments.
- Inspection & testing of in-process products every hour and preparing reports for submission to production.
- Ensure the quality checks are carried out as per predefined schedules.
- Perform calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Initiate corrective actions to have final products with required specifications.
- Update and maintain all documentation for auditing purposes and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
- Report to QC Manager of any quality deviations, unusual product observations and analytical results while analyzing or sample handling.
- Comply with established quality, safety, and environmental standards as per local authorities and international regulations.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science.
- 3-5 years sound knowledge & experience in QMS for industrial manufacturing sector.
- Sound knowledge of modern quality control techniques and processes.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
- Must have excellent communication skills, written & verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
1. Review Business Requirements, System Requirements and Wireframes for different Products/Projects to assure its completeness, correctness and consistency.

2. Prepare “Test Plans” for different Products/Projects.

3. Prepare “Test Cases” for different Products/Projects.

4. Provide proper estimation for their allocated Tasks on Products/Projects.

5. Perform different Testing Types, whether they are “Functional Tests” or “Non-Functional Tests” for different Products/Services.

6. Communicate & discuss issues related to Projects/Products with different team members.

7. Prepare “User Acceptance Test Cases” for the Products/Projects.

8. Participate in Testing Tools evaluation, when needed.

**Education & Qualifications**:
1. BSc in Computer Science or relevant IT field

2. Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus

**Experience**:

- 6 -10 years’ work experience in similar role Hands-on experience with Quality Control and testing methodologies for Software Projects/Products

**Soft Skills**:

Conducts a final inspection upon completion of maintenance repairs to ensure quality product outputs are met. Prepares records of inspection/tests and make them available to the QA/QC Department. Verifies procedures being used are adequate for the effective control of quality, rejects defective workmanship and materials, verifies and certifies the test results on supporting documents. Provides guidance and technical assistance to shop maintenance personnel on inspection principles of workmanship, procedures to be employed, and quality of work expected. Ensures compliance with government and corporate regulations, company SOPs, directives, and technical manuals to establish and maintain a quality management program.
