The incumbent will also be responsible for making travel arrangements, filing paperwork, managing appointments and providing other support tasks for the sales staff.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Support Key Account Managers, Sales Manager and Area Manager for backend sales.
- Work as a link between the sales force and the Kuwait market to monitor/develop pools of revenue, implement strategies and action plans to grow and support sales revenue targets.
- Prepare detailed monthly sales reports containing relevant information on agents, territories, quotas, inventories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
- Engage with customers daily to answer questions, resolve complaints, handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads.
- Attend meetings as required with sales staff, managers, technical personnel, and others to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events and annual celebrations for clients, executives, and/or sales personnel, including researching and booking venues, entertainment, and vendors.
- Monitor performance of segments, sales channels, destinations and reporting of deviations.
- Monitor performance of accounts, work with business intelligence data, reports and keep track of sales targets.
- Identify pools of revenue including current and future diversification of destinations.
- Identify, explore and develop sales leads.
- Assist the Key Account Managers/ Sales Manager with updating and monitoring of agreements for corporate accounts.
- Minimum weekly update of performance e.g. at the sales meetings, as well as ad-hoc reports on channel development, opportunities and deviations.
- Assist in organizing and conducting promotional activities such as trade shows, product training, customer events, roadshows etc.
- Manage ticket office function and assist walk in customer and trade partners.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Business Administration preferably Sales or Marketing or Finance
- Good MS Office skills
- 3 - 5 years of Experience in supporting senior-level management including making travel arrangements and scheduling weekly meetings
- Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.

Accountabilities
- Welcome all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints) granting an extraordinary service.
- Listen and understand clients’ needs, providing customized advice and introducing them to the discovery of the Brand.
- Establish and develop relationship with existing clients and engage new customers to the brand.
- Manage the sales process as per delivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging) ensuring the right application of selling techniques to deliver a unique shopping experience.
- Contribute to the store and service KPIs achievement.
- Register clients’ data in the dedicated system for future contact, personalized CRM actions and client development purposes.
- Perform all CRM one-to-one activities.

- Perform online training modules and participate in defined training sessions in order to develop your knowledge on different topics.
PROFILE
The ideal candidate should be a committed and organized team player, be conscientious and driven with at least 3/4 years sales experience within Bulgari or a similar role within luxury/fashion brand. Marketing and Customer Relationship Management techniques experience is also ideal. Proficiency in English written and verbal is essential
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To succeed in this role you should hold strong customer service and negotiation skills and work with integrity and respect to ensure operational effectiveness. Strong Business awareness and the ability to network with prospective clients outside of the store in order to enhance and build your client base is essential.
