As a Legal Associate, You will work closely with senior legal counsel, providing high-

Legal and Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of domestic legal

frameworks governing corporate operations, including but not limited to labor law,

and environmental regulations. Proven ability to design and implement internal

compliance controls, policies. Experience advising senior management on legal

risks and compliance gaps, conducting internal investigations, and responding to

regulatory inquiries or enforcement actions.

B. Professional Experience : From eight (8) to ten (10) years’ experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within similar and related fields within the legal or business market (particularly in retail, real estate, and corporate law).

A minimum of five (5) years recent experience as a legal advisor within the legal or business market (particularly in retail, real estate, and corporate law).

C. Competencies Required: Proficiency in MS Office packages; e-mail and internet etiquette, business valuation and acquisition; feasibility studies preparation; business plan presentations, data research and interpretation.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the brands achieve their expansion programs in collaboration with brand teams. The role negotiates and achieves development agreements with franchisors in line with AMR growth plans, manages the equity property portfolio to minimize property cost inflation, identifies asset management opportunities, and provides professional property advice to the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Lead site acquisitions for new units, overseeing identification, securing sites, and handover to Construction while maintaining pipeline communication.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with buyers and sellers, guide them through the sales process, and handle inquiries.

  • Use CRM to track leads, manage client relationships, and monitor sales progress.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on pricing, competition, and trends.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate.

B2B Sales Executive:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients in real estate, investment, and related sectors.
  • Present and promote services to decision-makers with tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular meetings and proposals.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing pipelines, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and prepare business reports for management.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams on client-focused strategies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, client records, and transactions.
