Overview
EPortal is actively recruiting for the role of Director - Oracle Project Management & Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PMO processes and policies, direct project management staff, and work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. You will direct and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals, objectives, and requirements.

- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to mitigate risk and resolve issues.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and feedback for continuous improvement.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- PMP, RMP, ACP, PgMP and P3O certifications or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Experience in managing and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Fluency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Technical Supervisor** to join our team! In this role you will get to Supervise an electronic security installation projects in Kuwait and Jordan
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to electronic security system installations, including Access control (ICIDS)l, alarm systems, and other related technologies.
+ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
+ Manage and lead installation teams, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
+ Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.
+ Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the project manager.
+ Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for the project.
+ Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
+ Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervising electronic security system installations.
+ Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, access control, and alarm systems.
+ Proven leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
+ Strong communication skills in English.
