Overview

GovCIO is hiring for a Task Order Lead. This position is located on-site in Kuwait.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single TO focal point/interface to the C-PM.
  • Comply with host nation customs and laws and ensure the contractor deployed workforce comprehends and adheres to the same.
  • Interface with the host nation sponsor to ensure contracted workforce meet entry and exit criteria, obtain and maintain credentials, and ensure the workforce quality-of-life support services are provided (e.g., housing, transportation, communications).
  • Ensure contractor deployed workforce has access to and follows TO-specific contractual requirements contained within the TO SOW or PWS.
  • Provide management and oversight of the contractor deployed workforce in the execution and performance of TO requirements.
  • Attend command-level meetings at the designated TO location(s).
  • Support military policies and promulgate policies to the contractor deployed workforce.
  • Report status on TO metrics (personnel, cost, schedule and performance) weekly and monthly to the C-PM and as requested by the government.
  • Assist the C-PM in preparing proposals for government contract modifications.
  • Implement a plan to ensure contractor personnel possess and maintain the minimum education, experience, and certification(s) necessary to perform TO requirements.
  • Submit to the G-PM all requests for travel, overtime and procurement.
  • When requested, submit trip reports upon completion of government-directed travel and training.
  • Notify the G-PM and COR 72 hours prior to movement of any contractor personnel (deployment, TDY, vacation, emergency leave, end of tour).
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited university; 8+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
  • Clearance Required: Secret.
  • 8 years’ experience in supervising personnel and managing multiple complex technical programs; budgetary responsibility; planning and estimating work loading requirements; and communicating and interfacing with DoD customers.
  • 2 years’ experience in managing or supervising personnel in the Middle East.
  • 5 years’ practical experience in military communication systems: Information Technology; RF Communications; Satellite Communications; Telecommunications; Analog, Power and/or RF Design; Tech Control.
  • Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Task Order Lead. This position will be located in Kuwait and will be an on-site position.

Interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs. Supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area. Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices. Ensure payment of invoices according to EPCM contract terms. Preparation of project invoices in conjunction with the Accounts Department. Liaise with Client for reporting purposes. Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis. Implement financial controls including controlling authorisations of expenditure and cash flow projections. Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members. Primary objective

To support the project control personnel of various projects utilising the WorleyParsons project control systems in the set-up and execution phases of the project.

Specific Accountabilities

Provide specialist project control services for the support of the WorleyParsons project control system.

Assist the Business Systems Group in the rollout of the project control system including initial configuration and contribution to training activities.

Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilisation of the project control system based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines.

Review and develop data interfaces for third party project systems, as required.

Prepare and control Inter Entity Work Orders.

Job Summary

Project Manager to lead and manage various projects within our organization. Responsibilities
