Key Requirements: • 18+ years of experience in large-scale building/infrastructure projects • Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (Master’s preferred) • Proven experience in project leadership in Saudi Arabia or the GCC regulatory framework • Experience in the Saudi Arabia market is highly valued • Strong leadership in project governance • PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Strong client/stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiation, and team leadership skills.
