Job Description- Identify potential international project opportunities by researching funding agencies through their websites and other sources.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate projects outside of Kuwait.
- Assist the Department Head in various tasks to ensure successful project completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Support the company's international branches and project offices as needed.
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate proposal submissions.
- Track and report the status of proposals to the Department Head.
- Support proposal preparation and ensure timely submission meeting client requirements.
- Provide regular reports on project activities, status, and progress to management.
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients or lead firms and follow up on payments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential opportunities.
- Coordinate daily activities with consultants, Resident Engineers, and branch/project offices.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with sub-consultants and international contacts.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Compile and submit documents required for client proposals.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry, preferably in consultancy or contracting.
- Knowledge of international funding agencies' procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, International Development, or related fields.
- Membership in Kuwait Society of Engineers or equivalent (for outside Kuwait hiring).
- Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Knowledge of Arabic, French, or other languages is advantageous.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Project management skills to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.

What you will be doing

Required Experience
* Minimum of 5 years experience in similar type of industry, work or role. * Preferably worked in the consultancy or contracting industry. * Experience and knowledge of international funding agencies’ activities and procedures.
Education
* Bachelors in Civil Engineering or International Development Degree or similar.
Certifications & Memberships
* Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) Membership or Any local Engineer's society membership (for hiring outside Kuwait).
