- Identify, develop and consolidate Financial Audit Reports for GIL Global
- Coordinate audit process with external auditors, service providers and internal departments as needed
- Implement monthly work papers to identify potential accounting issues and better position companies for year-end audit requirements
- Develop, maintain, and optimize relevant internal reports, including Excel based review tools; identify non-compliant data sources
- Proactively review current processes for efficiency and identify improvements, standard operating procedures, and best practices
- Summarize audit conclusions and findings
- Maintains currency in understanding of operational and financial audit policies, and procedures
- Identifies emerging relevant technologies, and relevant policies and procedures that may result in improvements to current processes and systems solutions
- Update management on pertinent audit, industry or regulatory pronouncements
- Coordinate with the Legal department to ensure Annual General Meetings are conducted
- Upload subsidiaries monthly financial information in the consolidation system
- Perform inter-company and other accounts reconciliations
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Analyze key variances between actuals and budgets, and prepare explanation on key variances
- Perform consolidation procedures, and participate/assist in the preparation of consolidated financials
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance
- Completed or ongoing Master s Degree/CPA/CMA/ACCA/CA (India) an advantage
- Minimum 3 years extensive internal audit/financial services experience in an auditing firm
- Experience leading an audit readiness team to design, implement, and assess financial audit controls
- Experience in financial audit readiness policies, procedures and requirements
Your Proficiencies
- Familiarity with accounting systems, knowledge of Oracle an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preparing and delivery of oral presentations

Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the business is supported at the back office end through generation of multitude of reports and dashboards that assist managers in making business decisions, reduction of costs through timely coordination with showrooms and vendors of prices, stock returns, PO placement and delivery, and ageing stock management. - Monitor KPIs including sales per location and LOB, attach rates (GaitCare, accessories), conversion rates, footfall traffic, and inventory turns.
- Work with finance and operations teams to develop and track annual budgets and forecasts.
