**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and ensure work is completed in accordance with the Project Execution and HSE Management Plans and ensure full compliance to these plans.
- Execute the construction portion of project plans through;
- Detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities.
- Preparation of resource forecasting
- Forecasting of costs and trends.
- Establish, authorise and implement construction schedules and strategy, including;
- Authorise construction planning, programming and completion schedules
- Ensure alignment to construction schedules, methods, adequate resourcing, material and equipment requirements

- Be aware of all project labour and industrial relations and co-ordinate with the Industrial Relations group to ensure adherence to, and keep up to date with, relevant policies and processes.
- Make recommendations regarding engagement of subcontractors and all assist in the reviews for major subcontract variations.
- Delegate to field staff and maintain supervision of their functional responsibilities, including; craft supervision, contract administration, construction control and field office administration as are appropriate
- Ensure effective communication with various stakeholders
- Ensure regular communication and liaison with the Construction Manager on field activities and ensure communication on existing or potential problems which may affect performance of the work.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the client and strive for customer satisfaction rating that meets or exceeds expectations

**Qualifications**:

Purpose
You will provide piping engineering services to Worley, and its Customers and may provide technical support and supervision within the piping team.
Responsibilities
- Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating

Specific Accountabilities
- Ensure that contractors comply with all aspects of the Worksite HSE Plan and policy; site regulations, permit to work, WorleyParsons, and Customer requirements.
- Ensure that construction contractors adhere to the latest approved for construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, procedures, and site instructions.
- Ensure by leadership and guidance that contracted works meet all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality, and contract target completions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors. Maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records ensuring that contractor’s management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures, all required competent personnel, protective equipment, adequate supervision, and manpower, with reliable, well-maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets.
- Routinely study, check and review all contractor scope as detailed in drawings, specifications, and instructions, ensuring contractors proper interpretation and compliance with the lasted AFC drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper change control by issuing Field Instructions for all changes, reviewing Site Queries to ensure responses are appropriate and practical, and reviewing Advanced Revision notices prior to issue to contractors to ensure the correct use of construction resources.
- Ensure contractor's dimensional control methods for checking that the works are properly set out and supervise specialist surveying contractors where necessary.
- Ensure Quality inspectors and contractor supervisors carry out the witness, inspection, and surveillance checks in accordance with the WorleyParsons Quality Plan and the requirements of the Quality Control Manager.
- Ensure that contractors are working in the required work areas, locations, and elevations and that work sequence and interfaces with other contractors are both coordinated and planned to provide continuous working to meet contract schedules.
- Ensure that all construction materials, embedded items, special fixtures are approved for use and that they are stored, protected, and available to workforce locations as required.
- Promote and maintain WorleyParsons, Customer, and contractor best practice working relationships.
- Attend Contractor progress meetings as required.

- Must be qualified to at least a diploma level from a recognized Technical Institute
- Must have managed large size projects in the oil & gas industry-leading a team

Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineer performs engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems.
Principal Accountabilities:

- Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2012 or later.
- Experience in the use of documents relating to the development of projects, contracting, and construction is necessary
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communications, effective leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to provide mechanical design service including determination of HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, and interior plumbing design
- Working knowledge of Design Review, Project Mobilization, Quality Compliance, QA, Safety, Project Controls, and Capture Management

•Hourly basis routine checks / monitoring of Machines / machinery are carried out as per the Maintenance schedules.
•Ensure that all employees working under him use the required PPEs & adhere to all safety rules / practices of the Co.
•Ensure that the maintenance activities are at the required speed and Quality levels as per the Company standards.
•Seek all required support from Superiors to achieve the required targets.
•Check & validate, the individual breakdown Completion reports submitted by workmen.
•Ensure that SAP notifications are received for thebreakdowns of all the critical machines ( Machines which affect the production flow on break down )
•Prepare a consolidated shift wise Work completion Report & report to the Maintenance Manager / HOD.
•Ensure Participation & play a support Role in team efforts for 5S & EHS initiatives.
•Ensure that immediate reporting of any kind of ‘Near Miss’ / ‘First Aid’ cases / ‘Safety Incidents’ to the Safety officer & concerned Superiors is done.

Candidate Requirements
Knowledge :
•Conversant with Engineering and schematic drawings, Good technical Skills relevant to hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic trouble shooting.
•Basic / working knowledge of PLC , CNC, DRIVES , Hydraulic and pneumatic components.
•Knowledge of Computers like MS office.
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.
•Conversant with operation and hands on experience in repair processes of FCAW, SMAW, SAW machines.
•Basic knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques & at par knowledge in Operational Excellence methodology.
•‘White Belt certification’ in Six sigma is a MUST.
•Well conversant with use of Production Tools, jigs and fixtures and its setting procedures.
•Working exp in SAP Environment is advantageous.
•Working exposure with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 are preferable.
•Good command on languages Hindi & English.
