Job Description: Reporting to the Service Inventory and Procurement and Supply Chain Management Manager, The Inventory and Procurement and Supply Chain Management consolidates disparate inventory tracking and control systems into a single, global inventory management solution for material in every stage of the product lifecycle across all of all types of business. End-to-End Inventory Lifecycle Management.

Primarily responsible for capturing, analysing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle solution architecture that fit within the customer’s business environment and business objectives.

**General and Task Management**

1. Interface with component teams to prioritize supplier development needs by component to improve cost competitiveness or supply constraints

2. Review supplier product designs, processes, and activities for compliance with company manufacturing guidelines, quality processes, and standards.

3. Perform tests, troubleshooting, and engineering analysis of defective product units or sub-assemblies.

You should also be in involved in a bid process in mapping the client requirements to the base product functionality to present a product fit. You should lead the complex functional analysis and review the solution overview, functional designs, technical designs, configuration within the project. You are overall contributor to deliver a fully-functioning solution to the client.
You liaise with business analysts for the requirements, management for the estimations and high level planning, functional architects, technical architects, designers, developers, product team, and test teams for the solution implementation, during the entire phase of a project implementation.

5. Leads teams of designers and developers throughout the implementation life cycles to produce analysis and designs for new and ongoing projects demonstrating:
1. In depth knowledge of functional domains such as: Procurement, Advanced Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Inventory, Logistics, Order Management, Maintenance, Manufacturing and others.
In depth knowledge of Oracle architecture.
Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Oracle solution, and keep abreast with the product roadmap.

**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Functional Consultant must be able to do the following task in their job function:

- Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a system specification
- Analyses software requirements, defines solution parameters and specifications.
- Conduct formal workshops with the client to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer’s needs
- Produce the estimations of the solution and involved in the high level planning and implementation methodology of the project.
- Able to be engaged in Pre-Sales activities and writing of technical proposals
- Leads the function design process. Facilitates design workshops.
- Negotiates and manages functional scope to reduce business and technical risks for both the client and Oracle Consulting
- Requires Software Development Lifecycle experience.
- Ramp up on Cloud methodology and approach
- Able to manage the customer and manage situations during the implementation process with the customer
- Assist software developers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
- Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule.
- Should be able to review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Support: Assist the Spare Parts Senior Manager with daily tasks including quotation arrangements, data analysis, and customer service.
  • Purchase Requests Management: Segregate Local and Overseas PRs from Plant Maintenance; handle local price inquiries and distribute to local purchasers, while submitting overseas PRs to the Senior Manager.

The Senior Supply Chain Officer will lead and manage the school’s procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth school operations by overseeing supply chain activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with school policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement and Vendor Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with reliable local and international suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
  1. Inventory Management:

Experience:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
  • Previous experience in an educational or service-oriented organization is desirable.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-endprocurement and vendor management for oil well cementing services and equipment .
  • Ensure the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in procurement processes, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise international procurement and contracting activities, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and support negotiations of subcontracts and agreements.
  • Review, evaluate, and approve RFQs/RFPs ensuring compliance and competitive bidding.

  • Perform any other procurement/contracts-related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum5–8 years of procurement/vendor management experience in Oil & Gas , with at least3 years in cementing services/materials procurement .
  • Strong knowledge of international procurement, contracting, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Supply Chain Management systems.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations in procurement and contracts.
