Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven success in managing complex supply chains and supplier ecosystems.
- Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
