Role: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

As our CMO, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the marketing vision of At'hadak. You will lead our mission to build the stardom of amateur players and establish the first recognized cloud federation of clubs .

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead At'hadak’s overall marketing strategy aligned with our vision.
• Build brand awareness around the concept of the cloud federation and player stardom .
• Manage and oversee social media growth, content creation, and engagement campaigns.
• Lead digital advertising campaigns to attract players, teams, and partners.
• Collaborate with CEO, CFO, CTO, and COO to align marketing with company growth.
• Build and manage a marketing team (content, operations, partnerships).
• Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or senior marketing leader.
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media growth, and brand building .
• Experience with sports, entertainment, or community-driven brands is a big plus.
