The Main Duties

  • Comply with the school's mission, philosophy, system, and educational approach, and to implement such objectives throughout their duties.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and high interpersonal and communication skills while interacting with students, faculty member, administrators, parents, and the members of the school community.
  • Substitute the Principal when absent.
  • Supervise the student attendance and the safety measures implemented in the school.
  • Contribute to the student discipline plan and ensure the application of its stated consequences and encourage good student behavior.
  • Receive misbehaving students referred to his/her office by the social counselor, and apply the disciplinary consequences, and inform the parents of the corrective measures that the school took.
  • Supervise the organization of the after-school remedial classes.
  • Supervise the admission process of the new students.
  • Monitor classrooms, playground, and students’ transition, aiming to ensure a safe and well-organized school environment.
  • Assist in the planning, organizing and supervision processes of the school’s activities, and ensure their implementation in the most effective way.
  • Supervise the work of the staff of the division and provide guidance that ensure good performance.
  • Support and explain to the teachers, students and the members of the school community, the safety and security initiatives
  • Handle academic tasks assigned to him/her.
  • Supervise the preparation of the school’s plans from class schedules, teacher supervision-duty schedule, substitution schedule and the formation of the required committees and their work.
  • Maintain the order in the school and the student discipline in regard to the school uniform.
  • Contribute to the professional development process of the staff and faculty members by identifying their needs and suggest the suitable programs that meet these needs.
  • Provide full supervision over the emergency plans, and constantly review and update these plans with the faculty members, based on the requirements of the school.

Job Duties
