We’re looking for a highly organized and friendly Administrative & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Haraka Center for Movement Arts. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting daily studio operations and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Manage studio communications (Phone, Social Media, WhatsApp, email, and in-person)
- Greet and assist clients before and after classes
- Handle class registrations, bookings, and cancellations
- Maintain studio records, attendance, and schedules
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory, filing, and reporting
- Ensure the studio space is organized and client-ready
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve basic issues with care and professionalism
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, reading, writing, and speaking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using basic administrative software and scheduling systems
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Prior experience with sales

- Understand the needs of supply, manufacturing, service, and inventory/stocking, for oil and gas companies.
- For all repair and service jobs, the scope needs to be identified, well clarified, compiled and communicated based on customer requirement to the estimation and operation team, thus putting forth a clear proposal for client review.
- Liaise between the design, estimation, and operations team to conclude a suitable solution for a manufactured/fabricated item as per customer needs

- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual targets by promoting and selling products in assigned territory in compliance with the Company's pricing policies.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data along with competition and market condition reports.
- Collaborate with Team for continuous improvement and to achieve better results/performance.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Petroleum/Industrial Engineering.
- 10 plus years of experience in the oil and gas industry, technical sales, and preferably having experience with an oil field supply/services company in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).
- Knowledge of Kuwait and GCC market.
- Mandarin and English speaking is a MUST
