- Responsible for the Pre-sales and Tendering team.
- Oversee and manage presales and tendering activities.
- Organize the preparation of the RFI/RFP.
- Prepare RFI/RFP response document for approval.
- Prepare tender review information to ensure methodology, pricing, and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
- Prepare technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
- Support the Sales manager in market intelligence and analysis of pipeline.
- Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in pre-sales meetings with the client and partners to identify and document their needs.
- Prepare necessary client presentations and site visits.
- Follow up and monitor the progress of tenders to ensure response and submission of administrative files in a timely and accurate manner.

- Ensure accuracy of the terms and conditions placed on contracts to minimize risk.

- Extra Low Voltage Systems knowledge and past experience (Automation, Access Control, CCTV, Time Attendance, ANPR, Structured Cabling, etc.)
- Speed and efficiency of tender analyses and internal department engagements.
- At least Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
