• Deliver professional and engaging Mat Pilates classes
• Prepare the studio before sessions

• Certification: Recognized Pilates certification (e.g. STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, etc.)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor who is dedicated to inspiring clients through mindful movement. • Promote the benefits of Pilates and overall general health benefits of exercise
• Teach Pilates classes (reformer & mat) for a range of clients, ranging from 50 to 60 minutes.
• Minimum 2 to 3 classes a day – and the rest would be for private sessions
• Teach 1-2-1 Pilates or small groups, focusing more on individual attention and designing Pilates programmes based on posture types and ability
• Visually assess members to determine their level of practice.
• Teach classes of mixed ability, catering for varying needs within a class offering adaptations and progressions

We’re searching for a passionate, multi-certified Female Group Fitness Instructor to join our client's founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to a space that blends fitness, performance, and wellness culture.

About the Studio:

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading group classes

- Certified in one or more of the following:

*Lagree

*Hot Pilates

*Hot Barre

*Hot Yoga

*Functional Strength

*Sculpt / HIIT

- English fluency (conversational to advanced)

- Personality traits: energetic, grounded, supportive, inspirational, confident, and community-focused

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead 4–5 group classes daily across multiple modalities

- Support studio culture and wellness rituals

- Build strong relationships with clients and foster community spirit

- Participate in seasonal workshops and events (with bonus opportunities)

- Optional: Provide personal training sessions (commission-based)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 850 KWD/month (approximately US$ 2 780) based on experience & certifications

- Visa & Relocation: Provided (with one-way ticket for international hires)

20 KWD per class beyond regular schedule

We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic female Group Exercise instructor to join a Lagree Concept studio opening in Kuwait. This studio is a popular franchise Pilates studio concept from London and all instructors will receive a two-week training provided by the London company.

The studio's classes are a new style of workout with Pilates at their core – the endurance classes aim to be fun and fast-flowing while working up a sweat and sculpting its members' bodies.
