Job Purpose

To lead and manage the sales operations in the oil and gas sector by identifying business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a strategic role in expanding the company's footprint in oil and gas market in Kuwait.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead proposal development, bidding, and contract negotiation processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years as sales manager experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Direct experience with KOC, KNPC.
• Strong understanding of oilfield services, equipment and EPC contracts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong client network in Kuwait.
• Technical knowledge of oil and gas products/services.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.

Purpose

To manage all project activities to ensure completion of the project within budget and time schedules according to required specifications.

• To draft the project execution plan and execute the approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives.
• To monitor and maintain the project budget.
• To lead project team to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction are met.
• To ensure all technical information of the project are clearly and fully understood by all project team subordinates.
• To identify manpower needs, and ensure it is aligned with project requirement.
• To review various reports related to the project. This includes technical, financial, administrative…etc.
• To monitor/coordinate resources allocation to achieve maximum utilization and efficiency.
• To prepare and ensure smooth and cost efficient mobilization and demobilization plan at all stages of the project.
• To represent the company and enhance relationships when dealing with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• To select, schedule, and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• To manage and coordinate construction activities with other supporting departments including contracts, procurement, logistics, HR, finance… etc.
• To ensure all HSE and QA/QC policy and procedures are implemented within the project.
• To follow up and coordinate to get the project clearance from the government authorities.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of working experience
• Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas projects as Project Manager
• Certificate in Professional Project Management (PMP) as an advantage
