Experience in working with test automation tools, test management tools and defect tracking tools.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing the business requirements and functional specifications. Designing, developing, and executing test cases, test scenarios and test scripts using cloud services, APIs, frameworks, and tools that ensure coverage, accuracy, and efficiency. Reporting and tracking defects and issues and collaborating with other testers, developers, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve them. Performing functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, security testing and user acceptance testing. Evaluating and ensuring the quality, reliability, usability, and compatibility. Delivering test results that meet the quality standards and deadlines. Ensuring compliance with the industry regulations and policies regarding software testing and quality assurance. Documenting the test design, development and execution processes and procedures. Providing training and guidance to other testers and users on how to test the solution. Contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of the software testing practices and the software testing tools.

Primary objective

• Facilitate the development and effective implementation of Project Quality Management Systems by the Project Team in a manner that meets Corporate, location and contractual requirements.
• Manage project service and product verification and inspection the project consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Manage project quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits and project quality reporting and review.

Specific accountabilities

HSE Management

• Demonstrate behaviour and practices consistent with Managerial, co-worker and community duty of care obligations.
• Work with the Project HSE Advisor and the Project Management Team to ensure that all areas of the Project’s operations conform to applicable WorleyParsons, regulatory and contractual HSE obligations.

Quality Management

Work with the Location Quality Manager and the Project Management Team to ensure:

• Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities.
• Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
• Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
• Establishment of an effective risk based audit program.
• Effectiveness of Project Management Review Programs including collection analysis and reporting of project performance measures.

Capability Enhancement

• Participate in the global quality learning community initiative to enable quality professionals to communicate with each other and receive updates on latest developments.
• Support in-house education, promotion and awareness programs relating to sound quality management practice and WorleyParsons quality strategies.
• Facilitate the implementation of existing and new company processes and capability enhancements across the Project Operations.
• Determine areas of potential improvement and, in consultation with the Location Quality Manager and Project Management Team.
• Facilitate independent review/certification of Project Quality Management Systems in line with Corporate, legislative or customer requirements.

Customer Relationships

• Ensure that the customer’s quality management requirements and concerns and the needs of multiple stakeholders are being identified and managed by the Project Team effectively.

Resources

• In conjunction with the Project Management Team and the Location Quality Manager recruit and allocate quality practitioners to project verification and inspection roles to ensure these activities are suitably resourced and
• Ensure that the new quality practitioners are effectively inducted in all aspects that relate to the Quality aspects of the Project.

Performance Management

In conjunction with Project Management Team and the Location Quality Manager:

• Provide functional leadership for project quality personnel.
• Strengthen and coach project quality personnel to support development, management and administration of project quality management systems in response to project and customer expectations

Essential skills/experience

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience, including experience in Project Quality Management and or closely related fields of HSE and integrity management.
• Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
• Practical experience of plant and vendor inspection of all types of mechanical equipment typically required at oil & gas installations, both on- shore and off shore.
• Ability to develop, maintain, update in – house technical standards & specifications.
• Communication skills – verbal, written – to report standard and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing a team of quality practitioners.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. 1 hour . You can let us know then if you are available or not. Payment Instruments : We will be testing the client’s payment flow. In this scenario you will be acting like real user making a purchase on our client’s software using your own payment method. You will be asked to use the food delivery app to make an order and then cancel it. In cases in which you may not cancel the order, depending on the testing task, we will reimburse you fully.

We are primarily looking for individuals who can do this type of payments testing with a Debit Card from one of these banks:

Card pay, ApplePay, Knet, bind card or AMEX Card for following Banks: Boubyan Bank, Kuwait Finance House, National Bank Of Kuwait S.A.K., Kuwait Finance House K.S.C., Gulf Bank K.S.C., Gulf Bank K.S.C., Alahli Bank Of Kuwait (K.S.C.), Warba Bank K.S.C

Devices : any of the following: iOS Mobile, Android Mobile Experience : Software testing experience is a plus, but if you are new to testing, we offer free courses to help you learn and grow.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our banking project team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NPSS, NPCI, and other similar payment solutions , with hands-on expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and validate functional test cases ; support UAT in collaboration with business users.
• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications for ACH, DMS, and WPS modules. (either of this)
• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test cases including regression and integration scenarios.
• Lead testing efforts for client ecosystem interfaces, payment file formats, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform defect tracking and root cause analysis ; drive closure with development teams.
• Participate in automation strategy for repetitive test cases (where applicable).
• Liaise with business teams during UAT and support production verification activities.
• Strong domain expertise in NPSS, NPCI, and other similar payment solutions , with understanding of CBK guidelines.
• ACH: Clearing cycles, file formats, settlement process.
• DMS: Case management and resolution workflows.
• WPS: Salary file validation, reporting, and compliance rules.
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 file formats and messaging standards.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of payment system regulatory compliance in Kuwait.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Central Bank-led projects in the GCC region.
• Knowledge of reconciliation and settlement processes .
• Familiarity with API-based integrations in payment systems.
