The role entails:

The Sales Director, ISV Embedded Solutions will collaborate with Product, Alliances, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing colleagues to prospect into ISV accounts, introduce our offerings, help partners or potential customers develop their products to best leverage our portfolio. The successful candidate will:

  • Drive embedded support and licensing sales with ISVs to exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Lead customer and partner relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales, customer success and support lifecycle.
  • Deepen their understanding and engagement with the open source ecosystem.
  • Identify and develop partnerships that support Canonical's strategic ambitions.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure fitness and enhancement of our platforms and solutions for ISVs.
  • Negotiate contracts with new and existing ISV partners and customers.
  • Shape our content and messaging for ISV partners and customers.

CMA CGM Saudi Arabia is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high-quality transport of their cargo. As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our fast-growing and challenging organization.

Role
  • Support customers in the utilization of MyPrice
  • Handle quotation requests received by inside and outside sales
  • Support a dedicated portfolio of customers
  • Follow up on sent, expiring, or unbooked quotations
  • Contribute to dispute resolution
  • Coordinate with prices, freight, and DDSM claims
  • Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products
  • Provide backup support for Outside Sales or Inside Sales
Educational Background & Experience
  • University degree in Marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the shipping industry
  • Experience in account and portfolio management, supporting external sales teams with meeting preparation and client follow-ups
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of shipping services, customer needs, and market dynamics, with strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in computer applications; must be based in Dammam
