Overview

The Sales Engineer is responsible for meeting and visiting clients (private and professional) to design and price Gulfshading products such as motorized pergolas, sliding and folding glass, smart films, exterior and interior blinds, motorized shade sails, and fixed shades. Training is provided for 3D designs using our application; 2D vector designs and, if possible, AutoCAD drawings should be produced.

Responsibilities
  • Visit clients for presales design (brackets, fixations, and dimensions) and design installation components as needed.
  • Prepare client quotations and proposals on Gulfshading standard documents; follow the sales process and installations.
  • Proactively engage with contractors and potential customers to drive sales.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Kuwait and a sales network is preferred.
  • Experience selling aluminum products such as windows, bioclimatic pergolas, folding sliding and fixed glass, glass skylights, smart films, and shades of all kinds.
  • Experience in field system integration of our products into existing buildings and buildings under construction.
  • Languages: English and Arabic (speaking and reading/writing) at a good level.
  • Driving license.
  • Capable of conceptual drawings; familiar with AutoCAD (reading and drawing); able to read drawings and maps.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and vector drawings; 3D drawing is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with website design and maintenance is welcome.
