About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily delivery operations, ensuring a seamless takeaway experience for our customers. The role bridges strategy, product, and operations, requiring both analytical and executional strength. You will work closely with product, R&D, and operational teams to validate new strategies, refine processes, and implement systems that directly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Optimization
- Ensure a positive end-to-end takeaway experience by validating new product functions, features, and strategies through MVP testing and real-world application.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, R&D, and operations teams to develop and enhance front-end tools, configuration systems, and notification functionalities that support operational excellence.
Operational Strategy Development
- Translate demand-supply forecasting insights into standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily business operations. Continuously review, test, and improve SOPs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Long-Term Strategic Initiatives
- Rider recruitment and onboarding
- Rider scheduling and workforce planning
- Job freezing policies

Short-Term Tactical Strategies
