• Shift management of inbound/outbound operations.
• Ensure inbound inventory is captured in the system prior to offloading items in the warehouse.
• Ensure each SKU offloaded has scannable barcodes.
• Carry out full inspection audits for packaging and labeling quality of offloaded items.
• Maintain and organize the daily shift rota of personnel.
• Plan the resources used in offloading & putaway.
• Recheck if offloaded items are placed on the correct pallet type.
• Support management in achieving daily targets set by BU.
• Recommend improvements to management to meet standard KPIs.
• Provide reports for daily review of warehouse activities as set by management.
• Participate in internal/external reviews as required.
• Ensure all personnel have proper SAP training.
• Recommend personnel promotions and training.
• Lead by example on health & safety behavior, enforcing good practices among team leaders and staff.
• Support management in reducing operational costs against forecasts & budgets.
• Ensure containers are offloaded as per daily targets.
• Assign team containers based on manpower capacity.
• Report discrepancies in containers (damages, shortages, excess).
• Prioritize pending putaway on the floor in binning.
• Coordinate with Fleet Supervisor on container status to avoid delays.
• Coordinate/monitor materials needed for offloading (pallets, shrink wraps, etc.).
• Ensure lag time does not exceed 24 hours unless approved.
• Ensure no hanging Outbulk in the system unless approved.
• Provide feedback for inbound process improvements.
• Coordinate with manager on floor situations like pending putaway or backlog.
• Plan leave and compensatory off for personnel and submit for approval.
