Requirements: Must meet all the requirements listed below.

  • You must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Education – Associates Degree AND four years of relevant experience in Intelligence Operations OR equivalent experience PLUS
  • Experience – at least four years of current All-Source analysis and/or Open Source Intelligence experience or related field analysis with the following MOS: 35F, 350F, USMC 0231, AF 1N0X, 14N3, or other DoD or Government agency equivalent
  • Ability to clearly communicate intelligence findings from fused Open Source Intelligence data to senior decision makers
  • Willingness to deploy for at least 12 months to the CENTCOM AOR and work 7 days a week as part of a mission-focused team
  • Passport and driver’s license
  • Ability to pass medical physical and show proof of fitness to deploy
  • Special skills or qualifications: Expert knowledge of All-Source analysis and production operations; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to manage research and coordination for projects

We are looking for an Account Manager to support our business in Kuwait. You will be responsible for a portfolio of some of our most strategic mid-sized restaurant partners focused on driving core business performance. Our Account Managers lead the day-to-day management of their accounts, interacting with partner stakeholders who manage the business.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating and developing long-term account plans to foster partner growth. The ideal candidate will independently resolve day-to-day issues, brainstorm solutions to complex challenges, and proactively identify key focus areas, growth opportunities, and inefficiencies within the portfolio to implement bespoke solutions across multiple partners.

  • Support the growth of partners through a variety of communication methods, including regular meetings, email, phone and online presentations

The Opportunity :
Coordinates and monitors sensitive aspects of the DOD, DOE, or other industrial security program, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Protects classified government information and publishes security awareness for all cleared corporate personnel. Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.

  • Evaluates, maintains and/or operates policies, devices, procedures, and methods used for safeguarding information, property, personnel, operations, and materials.

  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for analyzing and evaluating the character, background, and history of employees, candidates for employment, and other persons having or proposed to be granted access to classified or other sensitive information, materials, or work sites.

  • Works to determine who should have classification authority and reviews plans for document and access controls, transmission of sensitive information and materials, and related information controls and safeguards.

  • Conducts surveys of industrial or other private facilities to determine the organization's eligibility to work with and store classified and sensitive information.

  • Orients contractors to the security program and assists in initiating the measures necessary to bring a facility up to established standards.

  • Develops security plans including, but not limited to, access to grounds by employees, vendors, Government personnel, and others; badge and pass systems; and clearance records and controls.

  • Works to resolves issues with industry officials involving security plans and makes adjustments based on costs, alternative methods available, other security programs in place, and similar considerations.

  • May conduct training programs to make facility personnel aware of security matters and procedures and to alert them to dangers of espionage and sabotage.

  • Provides advice and guidance to less experienced staff.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree OR four years DoD experience with strong job related experience and special skills PLUS

  • At least four years of experience in compartmented programs in DoD/IC PLUS

  • Clearance -TS/SCI

  • Ability to work with customers and provide special security support

  • Solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities IAW DCID 1/12 standard

  • Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes

  • Working knowledge of AR 25-50

**The Opportunity** **:**
Coordinates and monitors sensitive aspects of the DOD, DOE, or other industrial security program, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Protects classified government information and publishes security awareness for all cleared corporate personnel. Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Implements policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.
+ Evaluates, maintains and/or operates policies, devices, procedures, and methods used for safeguarding information, property, personnel, operations, and materials.
+ Develops and implements policies and procedures for analyzing and evaluating the character, background, and history of employees, candidates for employment, and other persons having or proposed to be granted access to classified or other sensitive information, materials, or work sites.
+ Works to determine who should have classification authority and reviews plans for document and access controls, transmission of sensitive information and materials, and related information controls and safeguards.
+ Conducts surveys of industrial or other private facilities to determine the organization's eligibility to work with and store classified and sensitive information.
+ Orients contractors to the security program and assists in initiating the measures necessary to bring a facility up to established standards.
+ Develops security plans including, but not limited to, access to grounds by employees, vendors, Government personnel, and others; badge and pass systems; and clearance records and controls.
+ Works to resolves issues with industry officials involving security plans and makes adjustments based on costs, alternative methods available, other security programs in place, and similar considerations.
+ May conduct training programs to make facility personnel aware of security matters and procedures and to alert them to dangers of espionage and sabotage.
+ Provides advice and guidance to less experienced staff.
**Qualifications:**
+ Associates Degree OR four years DoD experience with strong job related experience and special skills PLUS
+ At least four years of experience in compartmented programs in DoD/IC PLUS
+ Clearance -TS/SCI
+ Ability to work with customers and provide special security support
+ Solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities IAW DCID 1/12 standard
+ Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes
+ Working knowledge of AR 25-50

About The Team And The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to support our business in Kuwait. You will be responsible for a portfolio of some of our most strategic mid-sized restaurant partners focused on driving core business performance. Our Account Managers lead the day-to-day management of their accounts, interacting with partner stakeholders who manage the business.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating and developing long-term account plans to foster partner growth. The ideal candidate will independently resolve day-to-day issues, brainstorm solutions to complex challenges, and proactively identify key focus areas, growth opportunities, and inefficiencies within the portfolio to implement bespoke solutions across multiple partners.

You will manage your portfolio both through ongoing relationship building and dedicated campaigns that drive improvements within your portfolio’s performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring our partners get the very best out of our platform whilst ensuring we support in communicating how they can grow their business and provide brilliant operational experiences for every single delivery. You will be expected to build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for your partners, addressing differing growth and operational efficiency opportunities across your portfolio. You will liaise with partners through a variety of communications methods, including face-to-face meetings & site visits, calls, emails, and text messages.

Based in Kuwait and reporting to the Account Management Team Lead, this role is ideal for someone experienced in building strong partner relationships and strategic planning. The position requires balancing competing priorities, focusing on performance indicators, and delivering innovative initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail are essential.
