**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, conduct, and assess activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, investigate, and develop their learning in a dynamic environment.
- Develop, create, and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.
- Create interactive, dynamic lesson plans and modify them accordingly throughout the year according to the pacing of the lessons delivered.

To create a flexible elementary class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
- Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
- Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
