We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Manager to lead all digital initiatives for our premium perfume brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing digital strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive e-commerce growth, and engage our target audiences across the GCC region. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, performance tracking, and consumer behavior in the fragrance and luxury beauty space.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities across owned, earned, and paid channels E-commerce & Website Management.
  • Oversee the brand’s e-commerce platform (UI/UX, product listings, performance optimization)
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams on content, campaigns, and website enhancements.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates.

Content & Social Media:

  • Supervise the content calendar and collaborate with creative teams to ensure digital content is aligned with the brand’s tone and aesthetic
  • Monitor and grow the brand’s social media presence across all platforms
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify, brief, and manage influencers and partners across GCC markets
  • Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns and collaborations

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor analytics across digital platforms and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector
  • Solid experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), performance marketing tools, and social media management tools
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Bilingual preferred (Arabic & English) for effective regional communication

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team in Kuwait.
