Dear Friends, One of the famous Diet restaurant and Catering company is hiring Quality Control Officer from India. The person will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of food and services offered by the restaurant & Cloud Kitchen. This includes ensuring that food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and customer service guidelines are strictly followed and continuously improved upon.

• Monitor Food Quality: Inspect the food preparation process to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Ensure Hygiene and Safety Standards: Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, dining areas, storage, and sanitation facilities. Collaborate with health inspectors and address any concerns related to hygiene.
• Audit Supplier Quality: Monitor the quality of raw ingredients delivered to the restaurant. Establish corrective actions with suppliers when necessary.
• Customer Service Quality Control: Evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and food quality. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and customer service excellence.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality checks, inspections, and any corrective actions taken. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to food and service quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest ways to enhance quality standards. Lead initiatives for staff training on quality, safety, and hygiene.

Educational Background : bachelor’s degree in food science, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Experience : 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Knowledge : Thorough understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

Familiarity : Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering activities for heavy oil extraction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Perform process calculations including flow assurance, hydraulics, and water hammering analysis.
• Conduct and participate in process safety studies such as HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessments.
• Develop and review process design documents , PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and specifications.
• Utilize simulation software for process modeling, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support during project execution, commissioning, and operations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables , reporting progress to management and client.
• Act as the primary interface with the Client/PMC, addressing technical queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards in all process design and engineering activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in process engineering, preferably including heavy oil extraction projects .
• Hands-on experience in:

  • Flow assurance design & calculations
  • Simulation software tools (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen, OLGA, or equivalent)
  • Process safety studies (HAZOP, SIL, etc.)
  • Steaming process operations
