Job Description
  1. Thought leadership - Consult with clients and guide teams to strategize, design, implement, and manage automation solutions supporting various applications.
  2. Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize automated testing processes and tools. Define and implement test automation strategies, including roadmaps, frameworks, and approaches across project teams.
  3. Oversee the technological delivery of automation solutions, establishing end-to-end QA processes from requirement analysis to test reporting. Participate in design and architectural reviews of automation solutions. Design and implement enterprise-wide QA strategies for diverse clients and complex applications involving multiple tech stacks. Plan, estimate, and track testing activities, report on testing status, coverage, resources, and defects. Mentor team members on technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines.
Qualifications

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10-14 years of testing experience, including at least 4+ years in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience developing frameworks for greenfield projects.
  • Proficiency in Java/JavaScript programming, including Java collections frameworks.
  • Experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, SOAPUI, etc.
  • Expertise in UI or API automation, Webservices/Microservices automation, and CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and functional testing tools like Sauce Labs, Perfecto, Selenium, WebdriverIO, NightWatchJS.
  • Basic knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, BDD, DevOps. Industry experience in Financial Services is a plus.

Primary objective

  • Facilitate the development and effective implementation of Project Quality Management Systems by the Project Team in a manner that meets Corporate, location and contractual requirements.
  • Manage project service and product verification and inspection the project consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage project quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits and project quality reporting and review.

Specific accountabilities

HSE Management

  • Demonstrate behaviour and practices consistent with Managerial, co-worker and community duty of care obligations.
  • Work with the Project HSE Advisor and the Project Management Team to ensure that all areas of the Project’s operations conform to applicable WorleyParsons, regulatory and contractual HSE obligations.

Quality Management

Work with the Location Quality Manager and the Project Management Team to ensure:

  • Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities.
  • Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
  • Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
  • Establishment of an effective risk based audit program.
  • Effectiveness of Project Management Review Programs including collection analysis and reporting of project performance measures.

Capability Enhancement

  • Participate in the global quality learning community initiative to enable quality professionals to communicate with each other and receive updates on latest developments.
  • Support in-house education, promotion and awareness programs relating to sound quality management practice and WorleyParsons quality strategies.
  • Facilitate the implementation of existing and new company processes and capability enhancements across the Project Operations.
  • Determine areas of potential improvement and, in consultation with the Location Quality Manager and Project Management Team.
  • Facilitate independent review/certification of Project Quality Management Systems in line with Corporate, legislative or customer requirements.

Customer Relationships

  • Ensure that the customer’s quality management requirements and concerns and the needs of multiple stakeholders are being identified and managed by the Project Team effectively.

Resources

  • In conjunction with the Project Management Team and the Location Quality Manager recruit and allocate quality practitioners to project verification and inspection roles to ensure these activities are suitably resourced and
  • Ensure that the new quality practitioners are effectively inducted in all aspects that relate to the Quality aspects of the Project.

Performance Management

In conjunction with Project Management Team and the Location Quality Manager:

  • Provide functional leadership for project quality personnel.
  • Strengthen and coach project quality personnel to support development, management and administration of project quality management systems in response to project and customer expectations

Essential skills/experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience, including experience in Project Quality Management and or closely related fields of HSE and integrity management.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
  • Practical experience of plant and vendor inspection of all types of mechanical equipment typically required at oil & gas installations, both on- shore and off shore.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, update in – house technical standards & specifications.
  • Communication skills – verbal, written – to report standard and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing a team of quality practitioners.

The QHSE Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization.   • Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions, where applicable.
  • Ensure the implementation of QHSE Management System and ongoing compliance to the standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as industrial safety, occupational health, environmental science, or engineering.
  • Minimum five to six years of experience in a QHSE position.
  • Recognized certifications in safety management, risk assessment, or occupational health.
  • Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication.

Responsible for the overall quality system and its implementation and management for the KAF Metrology Program. Exercises independent judgment on issues concerning ISO 17025 and KAF related Quality documents. Performs trend analysis quarterly. Develops and maintains the laboratory quality manual and quality system using KAF command directives and standardized templates.

Additional Duties include:

Assessing requirements, developing and maintaining a complete QA Program for the KAFMB.

Developing and maintaining a Quality Control program that ensures a high quality product from all sections of the KAFMB. Coordinating with KAF management, QA, Laboratory Supervisors and Inspectors, Material/Production Control personnel and technicians to resolve problems and ensure an integrated effort.

Develop, maintain, and implement a Quality Assurance Program as per ISO 17025 directives that ensures involvement of all management and technical levels in the implementation, updating and utilization of a quality-oriented program at the KAFMB labs.

Developing a QA Program for laboratory facility and related environmental control, development, operation and maintenance.

Assisting the Metrology Engineering Department in researching and developing a Primary Standards capability.

Providing QA Program training and advice at the KAF Metrology Laboratory for a wide variety of complex precision measurement equipment utilized by the GOK activities.

It is anticipated that Engineering Technicians will be assigned as these job descriptions state and other related specific tasking details and priorities will be determined and set by the Commander, KAFMB and communicated to the Contractor lead.

QUALIFICATIONS:

An Associate’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, physics or a related technical field from an accredited college or university, with at least ten (10) years of field experience. Includes qualification requirement OR Completion of a U.S. military precision measurement and calibration program, a precision measurement and calibration school at an accredited school, or within a specialized calibration firm, and have twelve (12) years of work experience in the calibration field with extensive experience in QA. Includes qualification requirement C.

Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of calibration laboratory compliance and accreditation to ISO 17025.

Job Description

Responsible for the overall quality system and its implementation and management for the KAF Metrology Program. Exercises independent judgment on issues concerning ISO 17025 and KAF related Quality documents. Performs trend analysis quarterly. Develops and maintains the laboratory quality manual and quality system using KAF command directives and standardized templates.
Additional Duties include:
Assessing requirements, developing and maintaining a complete QA Program for the KAFMB.
Developing and maintaining a Quality Control program that ensures a high quality product from all sections of the KAFMB. Coordinating with KAF management, QA, Laboratory Supervisors and Inspectors, Material/Production Control personnel and technicians to resolve problems and ensure an integrated effort.
Develop, maintain, and implement a Quality Assurance Program as per ISO 17025 directives that ensures involvement of all management and technical levels in the implementation, updating and utilization of a quality-oriented program at the KAFMB labs.
Developing a QA Program for laboratory facility and related environmental control, development, operation and maintenance.
Assisting the Metrology Engineering Department in researching and developing a Primary Standards capability.
Providing QA Program training and advice at the KAF Metrology Laboratory for a wide variety of complex precision measurement equipment utilized by the GOK activities.
It is anticipated that Engineering Technicians will be assigned as these job descriptions state and other related specific tasking details and priorities will be determined and set by the Commander, KAFMB and communicated to the Contractor lead.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
An Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology, physics or a related technical field from an accredited college or university, with at least ten (10) years of field experience. Includes qualification requirement OR Completion of a U.S. military precision measurement and calibration program, a precision measurement and calibration school at an accredited school, or within a specialized calibration firm, and have twelve (12) years of work experience in the calibration field with extensive experience in QA. Includes qualification requirement C.
Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of calibration laboratory compliance and accreditation to ISO 17025.
