Carrying out preventive and reactive maintenance on hotel equipment, facilities, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
Diagnosing and repairing faults promptly to minimize downtime and guest inconvenience.
Performing regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Coordinating with other departments to address maintenance needs efficiently.
Assisting in energy conservation initiatives and cost-control measures.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting any major issues to the Chief Engineer.
Supporting special projects, renovations, and upgrades when required.
What we need from you:
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or facilities maintenance environment is an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good communication skills; basic English is required, additional languages are a plus.
Physically fit to carry out hands-on maintenance tasks.
