Responsibilities- Shift management of inbound / outbound operations.
- Ensure inbound inventory is captured on the system prior on offloading items in the warehouse.
- Ensure for each, every SKU offloaded has scannable barcodes.
- Carry out full inspection audits for packaging and labeling quality of offloaded items.
- Maintain and organize daily shift rota of personnel.
- Responsible in planning the resource used in offloading & putaway.
- Recheck if offloaded items are placed on the correct pallet type.
- Check and support management in achieving daily targets set by BU.
- Recommends any improvements to the management to meet standard KPI.
- Provide reports set by management for daily review of Warehouse activities.
- Participation in internal /external reviews as required.
- Responsible to ensure all personnel under him has proper SAP training.
- Recommends for promotion and training of personnel.
- Lead by example on Health & Safety behavior – enforcing good practice amongst team leaders and operations staff.
- Support Management in reduction of operational costs against agreed forecasts & budgets.
- Ensure that containers offloaded as per target daily.
- Responsible to team container assignment as per manpower capacity.
- Report any discrepancies received on containers offloaded (damages / Shortages / Excess).
- Ensure that pending putaway on floor will be prioritized in binning.
- Closely coordinate with Fleet Supervisor for container status to ensure offloading will not be delayed.
- Coordinate /Monitor materials required for offloading (pallets, shrink wraps, etc).
- Ensure lag time is not more than 24 hours unless approved by management.
- Ensure no hanging Outbulk on system unless approved by Management.
- Provides feedback for Inbound improvements.
- Closely coordinate with Manager on floor situation – pending putaway, backlog in offloading.
- Responsible in planning leave/ compensatory off of personnel and submit for approval to Manager.
- Technical: Experience of managing inbound warehouse activities.
- User knowledge of warehouse management systems and MHE capabilities.
- Highly PC Literate (MS Office applications).
- Thorough understanding of KPI reporting and control procedures.
- Able to manage a large multicultural workforce, demonstrating a high degree of cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to adopt the most appropriate means of communication at all times (e.g., telephone, email, one-to-one, group presentation).

Overview
EPortal is actively recruiting for the role of Director - Oracle Project Management & Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PMO processes and policies, direct project management staff, and work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. You will direct and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals, objectives, and requirements.
Responsibilities- Overseeing the project portfolio to ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining project management tools, templates, and systems to support the PMO function.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, and project team members.
- Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the PMO, including planning, organizing, and directing projects.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Developing and managing project forecasts and financial reports.
- Developing and implementing project management policies, procedures, and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to executive leadership on project status, risk, and issues.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to mitigate risk and resolve issues.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and feedback for continuous improvement.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- PMP, RMP, ACP, PgMP and P3O certifications or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Experience in managing and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Fluency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
