Purpose: Performs mission/resource analysis in direct coordination with the Supply, Maintenance, and Transportation department to ensure supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished within the outlined standards and timelines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring all planning data is compiled and replicated in support of Current and Future Operations.
- Prepare and disseminate all initial mission analysis for all missions/taskers.
- Responsible for preparation of Common Operating Picture (COP) slides to depict ongoing mission statuses and report to the Government daily.
- Ensure specific mission/project benchmark goals are identified and attained.
- Responsible for ensuring program logistics resources (Supply, Transportation, and Maintenance) can adequately support each mission requirement.
- With the use of MDMP, assist in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements, and issue plans IAW contract requirements.
- Track and analyze Taskers, operational activities, and department metrics.
- Assist with the coordination of multiple mission requirements including APS Set Readiness.
- Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, operational planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.
- Serve as the liaison between all departments to achieve a cohesive end result.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree in Logistics or equivalent highly preferred.
- 5 years of related civilian or military experience
- U.S. Army Logistics MOS preferred.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and equipment management processes, related regulations and is required to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property.
- Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements.
- Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.
- Knowledge of AR 710-4, AR735-5, Army Supply documentation and other applicable regulations.
- Preferred working knowledge of the Global Combat Support System (GCSS-Army), various Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) applications, and other approved automated property accountability systems.
- Secret Clearance is required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Tier 3 Secret clearance.

Purpose: The Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Supervisor-Current Ops (MOC) is responsible for operational planning and synchronization of the maintenance operations which support routine and non-routine mission requirements for Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS-5).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises a professional team encompassing a wide range of functions within the equipment maintenance operations discipline.
- Performs customer service for Maintenance Operations GCSS-A related activities in accordance with the GCSS-A End User Manual (EUM).
- Validates, monitors, and researches Maintenance related GCSS-Army Work Orders, CLIX transactions, Service Schedules, Unscheduled Maintenance actions and provides resolution on complex issues.
- Handles multiple Maintenance operations taskings simultaneously and provides updated status to the Government customer on schedule and mission performance weekly through CDRL input requirements.
- Ensures assigned staff is properly trained to perform mission related analysis including but not limited to workload analysis, skill sets availability, task scheduling impacts, requirements for external coordination, and determination of both specified and implied tasks required to complete an assignment.
- Provides timely, accurate, and Maintenance Operations relevant information to the Department/Project leadership and the customer.
- Generates Maintenance related reports from GCSS-Army or other LIS system as required.
- Provides logistical support to other operational and support elements as required.
- Conducts and participates in scheduled, unscheduled meetings, briefings or planning exercises.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration/Management or equivalent is preferred.
- 5 years of U.S. Military equipment Maintenance operations experience and be well versed in Army operating methodologies, Maintenance processes and the use of appropriate logistic information systems.
- 3 years’ experience in a lead or supervisory or management role preferred.
- Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of Army operating methodologies and the use of appropriate logistics information systems.
- Must have strong working knowledge related to vehicle/equipment scheduled/unscheduled maintenance processes.
- Must be fully capable of performing maintenance related research through the use of AR’s, DA PAM’s, TM’s, TB’s and any other related equipment resources.
- Must have complete knowledge of GCSS-ARMY with advance skill sets within the Maintenance modules, as well as an understanding of AESIP, LDAC and MMIS.
- Must have advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite of products.
- Must have the ability to prioritize operations based on mission/customer priorities.
- Must have advanced written and oral communications skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.
- GCSS-A certification in core competencies as well as Maintenance Manager level certification required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Supervises a professional team encompassing a wide range of functions within the equipment maintenance operations discipline.
+ Performs customer service for Maintenance Operations GCSS-A related activities in accordance with the GCSS-A End User Manual (EUM).
+ Validates, monitors, and researches Maintenance related GCSS-Army Work Orders, CLIX transactions, Service Schedules, Unscheduled Maintenance actions and provides resolution on complex issues.
+ Handles multiple Maintenance operations taskings simultaneously and provides updated status to the Government customer on schedule and mission performance weekly through CDRL input requirements.
+ Ensures assigned staff is properly trained to perform mission related analysis including but not limited to workload analysis, skill sets availability, task scheduling impacts, requirements for external coordination, and determination of both specified and implied tasks required to complete an assignment.
+ Provides timely, accurate, and Maintenance Operations relevant information to the Department/Project leadership and the customer.
+ Generates Maintenance related reports from GCSS-Army or other LIS system as required.
+ Provides logistical support to other operational and support elements as required.
+ Conducts and participates in scheduled, unscheduled meetings, briefings or planning exercises.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration/Management or equivalent is preferred.
**Experience:**
+ 5 years of U.S. Military equipment Maintenance operations experience and be well versed in Army operating methodologies, Maintenance processes and the use of appropriate logistic information systems.
+ 3 years' experience in a lead or supervisory or management role preferred.
**Specialized Knowledge and Skills:**
+ Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
+ Must have comprehensive knowledge of Army operating methodologies and the use of appropriate logistics information systems.
+ Must have strong working knowledge related to vehicle/equipment scheduled/unscheduled maintenance processes.
+ Must be fully capable of performing maintenance related research through the use of AR's, DA PAM's, TM's, TB's and any other related equipment resources.
+ Must have complete knowledge of GCSS-ARMY with advance skill sets within the Maintenance modules, as well as an understanding of AESIP, LDAC and MMIS.
+ Must have advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite of products.
+ Must have the ability to prioritize operations based on mission/customer priorities.
+ Must have advanced written and oral communications skills.
+ Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.
**Certification, License & Clearance:**
+ GCSS-A certification in core competencies as well as Maintenance Manager level certification required.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain NIPR access to USG STAMIS required.
+ Secret Clearance is required.
+ U.S. Citizenship is required.
**Active Clearance is required** : Must have an active Tier 3 Secret U.S. Government clearance.
Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Tier 3 Secret clearance.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands & Mental Demands:**
+ Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.
+ Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
+ Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

Amentum Purpose:
The Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Supervisor-Current Ops (MOC) is responsible for operational planning and synchronization of the maintenance operations which support routine and non-routine mission requirements for Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS-5).

Purpose: Performs Operational Readiness mission and resource management in support of Army Preposition Stock (APS). - Responsible for planning, coordinating with and briefing up to BN level command and staff.
- Partner in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements and issue plans IAW contract requirements.
- Track and analyze Taskers, operational activities and department metrics.
- Plan and coordinate multiple mission requirements including APS Set R1 & S1 Readiness levels.
- Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.
- Serve as the liaison between all functional departments to achieve a cohesive end result.
- Disseminate mission guidance for all operations/taskers.
- Developed and implemented strategic initiatives to continually improve the overall quality of the maintenance program.
- Develop, manage, monitor, action and produce Operational Concepts of Support in support of mission or unit issues.
- Coordinated oversight of Readiness Control Analysis to sustain direct communication with all supporting Material Readiness Center and Logistics Operation Center sections to achieve benchmark goals.
- Analyze historical data, monitoring performance benchmarks and developing performance continuous improvement programs in the functional area.
- Identifying ONS, Taskers, prioritizing, assigning responsibility, resourcing, managing and monitoring their implementation of processes based on PWS requirements.
- Developing and publishing weekly Operational Readiness reports utilizing required Army Regulations and PWS requirements.
- Implemented and improved the current processes and procedures to include new tracking methodologies.
- Responsible for Monitoring all MToE, MCoE and WRSI stocks and configurations being actioned by the functional areas IAW PWS and ARs.
- Conduct Research from Data entered into AWRDS to ensure all discrepancies are properly identified and corrected.
- Evaluated MWO’s / SOUMS / GPA’s for accuracy and discrepancies and ensured outstanding messages are corrected with the appropriate recommended actions.

Job Description
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Reports directly to the MRC Chief, provides analysis based logistical standardization to Provides prepositioned fleet management oversight and analysis based logistical standardization to contractual requirements.
+ Responsible for ensuring all logistical oversight of up to a Brigade level.
+ May be required to work independently, or with a Team.
+ May be required to maintain responsive interface directly with USG customer to ensure mission requirements and expectations are met.
+ Required to conduct direct counseling and appraisals of personnel periodically to ensure required qualifications are retained.
+ Handles multiple operations simultaneously and provides updated status on cost, schedule and mission performance.
+ Manages prepositioned stock fleet in accordance with Army Regulations and contractual requirements
+ Ensure specific mission/project benchmark goals are identified and attained.
+ Responsible for planning, coordinating with and briefing up to BN level command and staff.
+ Partner in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements and issue plans IAW contract requirements.
+ Track and analyze Taskers, operational activities and department metrics.
+ Plan and coordinate multiple mission requirements including APS Set R1 & S1 Readiness levels.
+ Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.
+ Serve as the liaison between all functional departments to achieve a cohesive end result.
+ Disseminate mission guidance for all operations/taskers.
+ Developed and implemented strategic initiatives to continually improve the overall quality of the maintenance program.
+ Develop, manage, monitor, action and produce Operational Concepts of Support in support of mission or unit issues.
+ Coordinated oversight of Readiness Control Analysis to sustain direct communication with all supporting Material Readiness Center and Logistics Operation Center sections to achieve benchmark goals.
+ Analyze historical data, monitoring performance benchmarks and developing performance continuous improvement programs in the functional area.
+ Identifying ONS, Taskers, prioritizing, assigning responsibility, resourcing, managing and monitoring their implementation of processes based on PWS requirements.
+ Developing and publishing weekly Operational Readiness reports utilizing required Army Regulations and PWS requirements.
+ Implemented and improved the current processes and procedures to include new tracking methodologies.
+ Responsible for Monitoring all MToE, MCoE and WRSI stocks and configurations being actioned by the functional areas IAW PWS and ARs.
+ Conduct Research from Data entered into AWRDS to ensure all discrepancies are properly identified and corrected.
+ Evaluated MWO's / SOUMS / GPA's for accuracy and discrepancies and ensured outstanding messages are corrected with the appropriate recommended actions.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Management or equivalent highly preferred. Four (4) additional years of experience over minimum required can be substituted for degree.
**Experience:**
+ 8 years of related civilian or military experience required.
+ 5 years supervisory experience required.
+ U.S. Army Logistics MOS preferred.
**Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Must have the ability to interpret and implement local policies.
+ Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.
+ Must have progressive written and oral communications skills.
+ Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.
+ Possess the capability to use appropriate logistics STAMIS systems such as: GCSS-Army, LMP and LIW.
**Certification, License & Clearance:**
+ U.S. Citizenship required.
+ Tier 3 Secret Clearance is required.
**Active Clearance is required** : Must have an active Tier 3 Secret U.S. Government clearance.
Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Tier 3 Secret clearance.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands & Mental Demands:**
+ Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.
+ Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
+ Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
