We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B1.3 Licensed Engineer (H225) to join our team and support our unique operations based in Kuwait on a 6-6 shift rotation. The B1.3 Licensed Engineer will be primarily responsible for the delivery of a serviceable aircraft and engineering facilities capable of fulfilling the operational requirement of the customer. Working with exclusive aircraft including AS365, EC135 and H225, this is a rewarding opportunity for Licensed Engineers to enhance their engineering capabilities, gaining exposure and experience supporting a government contract. This is a fixed term contract position until June 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Completion and certification of Mechanical and Electrical systems related tasks as defined in the MOE, on the Company’s aircraft either carried out directly by you or carried out by non-certifying Engineers.
  • Ensure the work is accomplished in accordance with approved data and Company policies and procedures, including:
    • Completion of all paperwork and documentation;
    • The issuing of all approved materials to the work via the Company’s computer systems;
    • All work is completed using approved tools and ground support equipment;
    • All work is completed in a safe and appropriate manner considering risk to personnel, property and reputation;
    • The working environment is approved and appropriate to the task being undertaken;
    • All tooling is accounted for prior to return to service;
    • All post maintenance actions have been completed;
    • Completion of maintenance as directed by the Chief Engineer or Central Planning team;
    • Reporting defects to the Chief Engineer or Central Planning team;
    • Reporting issues regarding matters of Health and Safety or Flight Safety, via the Company’s reporting system;
    • Engineering additional duties as directed by the Chief Engineer or Central Planning team.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

Essential:

  • An EASA or CAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence;
  • A strong maintenance related technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems;
  • A good working knowledge of the regulations and requirements associated with aircraft maintenance, Health & Safety and Human Factors;
  • The ability to take responsibility and ownership of tasks;
  • The ability to understand the requirement of clear, unambiguous communication;
  • Familiarity with OEM appropriate to helicopter types operated;
  • The ability to work alone and the willingness to travel. This role is shift based and situated in Kuwait.
  • Human Factors training;
  • Safety Management Systems;
  • EWIS;
  • Fuel Tank Safety.

Advantageous:

  • Experience in HEMS, SAR or Oil and Gas helicopter operating environments;
  • Have experience in MD and/or Leonardo helicopters;
  • Willingness to work outside of normal working hours;

  • Accurate, numerate and excellent attention to detail;
  • Team player with the ability to work with a degree of autonomy;

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PMO processes and policies, direct project management staff, and work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. You will direct and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals, objectives, and requirements. Roles and Responsibilities Your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Overseeing the project portfolio to ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Establishing and maintaining project management tools, templates, and systems to support the PMO function. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, and project team members. Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the PMO, including planning, organizing, and directing projects. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Developing and managing project forecasts and financial reports. Developing and implementing project management policies, procedures, and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to executive leadership on project status, risk, and issues. Identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to mitigate risk and resolve issues. Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications To apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements: A bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. PMP, RMP, ACP, PgMP and P3O certifications or equivalent is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry. Experience in developing and implementing project management processes, methodologies, and tools. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and forecasts. Experience in managing and mitigating project risks and issues. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required. Fluency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).

About the Role:


As a Senior Helicopter Maintenance Engineer, you will act as thecertifying staff for the H225 fleet under an MRO support contract. You’ll ensure compliance, supervise junior technicians, and guarantee airworthiness under EASA or GCAA regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and certify helicopter maintenance work on the H225 / EC225.


  • Ensure safety and compliance with aviation standards.


  • Supervise and mentor junior mechanics and technicians.


  • Act as a technical focal point for troubleshooting complex systems.


  • Maintain communication with engineering, QA, and client teams.



Qualifications
  • ValidPART 66 B1.3 license (EASA or GCAA).


  • Strong hands-on experience withAirbus Helicopters H225 .


  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in helicopter MRO.


  • Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.


  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
