:Supervision of production activities on workstations in line with the departmental goals / requirements. Context

:On time production of PEB building components as per the required Quality standards B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Overview Receive the daily production plan & job priorities from Foreman. Allocate the job assignments to the peers working under him. Issue the production related documents to workstations, explain any criticalities involved, Feeding the workstations as per the shift production plan, Organise movement of materials in between workstations & to finished goods storage areas after completion of production, Data entry & operation wise production order confirmations in SAP, Ensure, optimum utilisation of man, machine & raw materials, so that there is minimum scrap generated / no rework / no rejections. Check & validate, the individual workstation production reports submitted by workmen. Prepare, a consolidated shift wise production completion Report of all the workstations under purview & report to the Foreman. Adhere, to all safety rules and practices of the Co. Re -address / convey the employee grievances to foreman / plant superintendents, Conduct Toolbox meetings at the start of each shift in the respective areas. Drive the sick / accident personnel to Hospital especially during night shifts Ensure, that the production is at the required productivity and Quality is at the Company standards. Seek, all required support from Foreman to achieve the production targets. Participation & lead team efforts in 5S, EHS initiatives related to respective work areas Skills EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:

3 -5 Years working experience as a Leadsman in a reputed PEB manufacturing / a reputed heavy fabrication industry Minimum Entry Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial production Engineering. relevant experience in a PEB manufacturing / a reputed heavy fabrication industry SKILLS Technical & non technical: Conversant with Engineering drawings, Good technical Skills relevant to PEB / structural fabrication. Knowledge of Computers like MS office & AutoCAD is preferable. Well conversant with all Engg processes / procedures especially welding processes like FCAW, SMAW, SAW. Well conversant with Production Tools, jigs and fixtures and measurement instruments. Working exp in SAP Environment is advantageous. Operating knowledge of all latest Computer packages, AUTO CAD. Working exposure with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 are preferable. Good command on languages Hindi, English, Arabic are preferable. Other Good ATTITUDE, Result oriented Respect & practice “Safety First” principle. Team working, Discipline on duty, Punctuality, Good Communication skills

The Threat Intelligence Lead will own Canonical's threat intelligence strategy and execution, including understanding of which cyber threat actors are targeting Canonical, and the use of intelligence on Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) to better our products and internal cybersecurity controls. What you'll do in this role

  • Build and own Canonical's threat intelligence strategy
  • Build and maintain OSINT research environments
  • Develop OSINT tradecraft, principals, and techniques
  • Identify and track targeted intrusion cyber threats, trends, and new developments by cyber threat actors through analysis of proprietary and open source datasets
  • Collaborate across teams to inform on activity of interest
  • Coordinate adversary/campaign tracking
  • Contribute to the wider threat intelligence community, establishing Canonical as a key contributor and thought leader in the space
  • Work with product and engineering teams to explain cybersecurity threats and advise on mitigation strategies
  • Work with the OPSEC and IS team to help implement/update security controls prioritising cyber defence
  • Identify intelligence gaps and propose new tools and research projects to fill them
  • Conduct briefings for executives, internal stakeholders and external customers

The successful Threat Intelligence Lead will be

  • An experienced threat intelligence leader (or similar)
  • Knowledgeable about the current open source threat landscape and computer networking/infrastructure concepts
  • Highly competent with OSINT tools (e.g., Buscador, Trace Labs OSINT VM, OSINT Framework, Maltego, Shodan, social media scraping tools, etc.)
  • Able to identify, organise, catalogue, and track adversary tradecraft trends — often with incomplete data
  • Experienced using threat intelligence data to influence enterprise architecture or product development decisions
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to clearly articulate and tailor technical content to a variety of audiences
  • Able to travel twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long

Role Summary

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design process for high-end commercial, workplace, hospitality, and retail interior projects. This includes taking ownership from concept through to project completion, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, clients, and consultants to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable, and experiential environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full design lifecycle of interior design projects, from concept development to project delivery.
  • Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that elevate the user experience and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate interior solutions seamlessly within overall building systems.
  • Produce high-quality presentations, design documentation, drawings, and specifications using Revit and 3D BIM tools .
  • Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes suitable for corporate workplaces and commercial interiors.
  • Drive sustainability goals in design, with consideration for LEED and WELL principles.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Support pricing, sourcing, and FF&E procurement strategies in line with market standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial interiors , corporate workplace , hospitality , or retail design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design , Architecture , or equivalent from an internationally recognized university (preferably from top design schools)
  • Proven proficiency in Revit and 3D BIM tools for interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable design frameworks including LEED and WELL .
  • Excellent design portfolio that communicates spatial storytelling, creativity, and innovation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes relevant to corporate environments.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and visual graphics skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English .
  • LEED AP , WELL Accredited , IIDA , RIBA , or AIA memberships/certifications.
  • Familiarity with Lumion , V-Ray , Grasshopper , SketchUp , InDesign , and other visualization tools.
  • Experience in FF&E pricing and sourcing within the Kuwait or GCC market .
  • Prior Middle East work experience is highly preferred.
