3. Maintain existing software applications and ensure they are up and running during working hours.
4. Develop new software applications along with their essential programs and components.
5. Guide technical staff to guarantee information technology governance and alignment of programming activities to services and requirements of Kuwait municipality.
6. Conduct activities to develop technical system options, system logical design, and system physical design.
