Working as Architect within our team, you will be responsible for generating architectural drawings based on design concepts as well as facilitating the coordination of architectural and engineering services on various projects within KEO.

- Completing redline drawings and drafting details.
- Providing solutions to resolving design issues.
- Compiling data, performing computations and preparing reports.
- Experience in the sustainable design of tall towers, commercial, mixed use developments, hospitality and residential projects.
- Must be proficient in the use of computer design tools and thoroughly understand Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Architectural Desktop, Excel and other programs required for design and drafting.
- Working independently on small projects or assisting more senior engineers on larger projects.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of architectural design experience. Prior experience gained within a Consultancy environment in the Gulf Region is advantageous. Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English would be highly regarded.

The Architect shall provide new construction architectural design services.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide new construction architectural design services including concept and project development and scoping.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, schematics and renderings.
- Provide various pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies.
