About Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc:
Saudi Arabian Chevron (SAC) operates on behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia its 50% individual interest in the petroleum resources of the 5000 square-kilometer onshore area of the Partitioned Zone (PZ) between the KSA and the State of Kuwait. SAC is located in -Al-Zour (Mina Saud) in Kuwait and is 40 KM North of Al-Khafji City. The Company works in partnership with Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC), the operator for Kuwait's equal interest in the area, through joint operations JO located in Al-Wafra area in Kuwait. Staffed equally by SAC and KGOC personnel, explores for, develops and produces oil in the PZ. SAC independently operates a storage marine export facility at Mina Saud (Al-Zour), where its head office and residential camp are located.

Job Description Summary:
Provides engineering expertise for all aspect of well design and construction, including cost and schedule estimation, drilling fluids and cementing specifications, casing, liner and wellhead design and directional design, culminating in preparing a detailed optimized well program. Drilling Engineer is responsible for the planning and execution support for wells in Wafra Joint Operations including, but not limited to, AFE cost estimates and well programs preparation such as drilling fluids, cementing, directional, bit/bha, etc. Position liaises with other functional departments regarding well maturation, rig schedule, and special projects. Contracting, preparation of service agreements, and other SCM work is expected as part of position.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Plans and develops all well construction activities including well drilling program, casing point determination, directional and evaluation programs, and special drilling fluid requirements.- Identifies equipment specifications for operational environment and ensures specifications are met and delivered.-
- Ensures that well drilling programs fully comply with company standards, contractual agreements, current engineering standards, and government rules and regulations.- Coordinates and communicates engineering activities across multiple company disciplines and with external business partners.

Minimum Requirements:
- Saudi National.- Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or related field.- At least 6 years of relevant experience.- Experience in drilling and completions planning and execution operations.- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, adapt to change, manage multiple short timeframe tasks, build relationships, and communicate effectively are critical to success.- Detailed knowledge of all aspects of the function. General understanding of closely related functions, clients/customer business and practices, industry practices, and legal and regulatory environment.- Receives little direct guidance on assigned projects. Proceeds on own initiative and judgment. Completed work is reviewed for attainment of objectives.- Leads functional projects of medium scope and complexity and is a contributor to cross-functional projects.- Engineers with exploration well planning and operational experience are highly desired.

**Job Summary.**

As a Drilling Solutions Engineer, you will be a key member of the engineering team which is responsible for delivering a range of class-leading innovative engineering designs and solutions. Acting with minimum guidance from the Engineering Manager, you are a highly competent individual with the ability to both lead and complete engineering tasks throughout all phases of a project lifecycle. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor drill bit tool performance. Identify drilling trends and implement optimization practices.
- Provide technical support both internally and externally to customers.

- Assist field testing and new technology commercialization

- Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.

4. Familiar with Performance Management – PM Team functions such as Balanced Scorecards, Strategy Maps, scenario planning, gap analysis, Key Performance Indicators, performing gap analysis, design implement, and continuously improve the organization's performance management framework, tools, and processes. Coordinate and manage Quarterly performance review cycles. Provide training and support to Managers and employees on performance management best practices. Monitor and report on performance management metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with company Directorates to align performance goals with organizational objectives. Recommend and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry (Surface & Sub-Surface) specialized Corporate Planning services in O&G industry with a minimum of (5) years as Consultant, Planning.
  • Must be computer literate and effluent in English speaking and writing.

Familiar with Capital Program Administration – CPA Team

functions such as Project Gate System (PGS) or Well Delivery Project Gate System (WDPGS) for both Subsurface and Surface integration. Project Evaluation, Prioritization, Tracking of projects to best-fit Budget allocation & Approval Processes, Capital Program & Project Progress Reporting. Mapping of business processes/or improvements. Economics analysis like calculating the Net Present Value (NPV) and/or the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and/or Internal Rate of Return (IRR).etc. 2.

Familiar with Capital Budget Control – CBC Team

functions such as Experienced with all aspects of the Capital Budgeting functions such as the preparation and management of the Capital Budget Book and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) processes. Expertise in coordinating the various steps in the preparation of the Capital Budget Book. As custodians of the company’s Capital Budget Book to ensure that the capital budget is produced in a timely manner and controlled throughout the financial budgeting cycle. Exceptional analytical skills in order to investigate budgeting and accounting reports for the purpose of, maintaining robust capital expenditure controls. Instrumental in the consolidation of the company’s annual re-phasing of expected capital expenditure, providing analysis of the major variances to the original plan, and providing financial and business expertise in all areas of the company’s capital administration. 3.

Familiar with Strategic Planning – SP Team

functions such as developing the Long – Term Strategic Plan, conducting regular Health of Strategy Checks, and setting the direction for the organization by developing the Business Guidelines. Working with the Assets to develop the annual Asset Action Plan, extracting the Five-Year Plan for reporting purposes and consolidating the annual 72-month production forecast and the quarterly 18-months production forecast. Key processes also include efficiently allocating rig resources based on prioritized Asset needs and responding to ad-hoc demands by top management. 4.

Familiar with Performance Management – PM Team

functions such as Balanced Scorecards, Strategy Maps, scenario planning, gap analysis, Key Performance Indicators, performing gap analysis, design implement, and continuously improve the organization's performance management framework, tools, and processes. Coordinate and manage Quarterly performance review cycles. Provide training and support to Managers and employees on performance management best practices. Monitor and report on performance management metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with company Directorates to align performance goals with organizational objectives. Recommend and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary . Skills Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent Degree. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry (Surface & Sub-Surface) specialized Corporate Planning services in O&G industry with a minimum of (5) years as Consultant, Planning. Must be computer literate and effluent in English speaking and writing. The ability to work with minimal supervision, proactive and oriented to multitask. Kuwait based / Transferable visa

  • Experience: 2-3 relevant work experience
  • Responsibilities: Timely dispatch of material orders to various locations as per the operational demands. Prepare the delivery ticket and other documents while transporting the materials. Ensure the receipt of materials from suppliers is in good condition. Monitor personnel/staff movements going with company vehicles and ensure that they completed the logging with dispatcher
  • Qualifications: High School/ bachelor’s degree. Any specialized diploma or certificate course in Logistics or dispatch will be preferable. Experience in ERP will be an added advantage. Good communication skills in English (Basic Read, Write, Good speaking) & Arabic (speaking)
  • Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations and stressful work environment.
  • Salary – 300 KD 8 hrs + 40 KD 4 Hrs ( 12 hrs - 340)
