As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, determining compensation, and making hiring decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Hiring From inside Kuwait.
Transferable visa
Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory, proactively monitoring material purchases from sourcing to procurement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, segregate and systematically maintain records of items in both warehouses.
- Responsible for all overseas shipment delivery which includes checking the shipment quantity and quality. Any discrepancies will need to be reported to the head of supply chain management (SCM) department immediately.
- Submit monthly and annual reports for all the gears and equipment for the Spark gym branches.
- Arrange uniforms for new joiners including segregating, printing and delivery.
- Assist SCM Team in regards to material requisition delivery on every day basis.
- Purchasing local items as instructed.
- Arrange for events in the various facilities whenever required by the management.
- Maintain the files and records of various supply chain processes on the system.
- Sourcing of local and international items.
- Coordination with suppliers for the items in pipe line.
- Arrange booking from DHL, Aramex once the items are ready for pick up.
- Assist SCM Head at the time of uniform delivery each quarterly for all spark staff.
- Mentor junior members in the team.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification includes a Bachelor's degree in commerce or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of supply chain management experience.
- Knowledge of MS office, including excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Language skills in both English and Arabic would be a plus.
