**The Job in a Nutshell**
**What Will You Do **
- Responsible for the Implementation of the Hardware & Foodics Software installation.
- Handle initial product know-how and training for our customers
- Scheduling the Installation appointments with the clients and ensuring that the site is ready for installation.
- Handle and deliver backend On-Site training requests for customers as well as On-Site Technical Visits whether normal or emergency cases
- Check and monitor the tasks and projects assigned and deliver the services based on the SLAs.
- Share the customer’s feedback with the Direct Manager on features and/or installation enhancements.
- A self-learning who will dedicate time to continuously building Foodics product knowledge, reviewing and testing updates as early as possible to be able to deliver the service based on the new features added.
- Attend to calls and site visits outside working hours and/or public holidays if needed
**What Are We Looking For **
- Holder of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information System, Computer Science
- Working experience of at least 1-2 years preferably with Information Technology / Software and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products companies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have strong and excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
- Must have their own car - to be used for business requirements such as installation, site visits, training requests, etc.
- Willing to travel from time to time within or outside and /or different cities in Kuwait.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Key ResponsibiltiesSupervise and liaise with the Human Resources department when a new expatriate employee is hired to start the process of applying for new Work Visas / Residency or transferring existing residency.
Supervise and assist the Executive, Passports and Immigration with the completed forms and paperwork needed for obtaining approvals from the various Ministries.
Following up and assist in receiving service requests from staff on all type of services provided by Administration.
Dealing with all departments and provide them with the required administrative assistance.

Supervise and follow up in the residency renewal process.
Inform the Head of Administration of any delay or difficult circumstances in residency/visa processing who will then take necessary action.

Arranging and keeping up with changes in regulations for expatriate employees via information from the Messenger, as reported in the press, or via Ministry websites and keep all concerned individuals informed.
Supervise and follow up collecting data and prepare forms for social security to confirm the number of Kuwaiti staff registered with the company, under direction of HR for the purpose of obtaining clearance certificate for submission to the Ministry of Labour
Supervise the issuance of Ooredoo ID cards for employees as needed.
Produce general correspondence and give report for the Administration head in weekly bases.

Ensure appropriate signatures are obtained and concerned individuals are informed in relation to signing of contracts.
Supervise the input contract details in the system and follow up on contract renewals and/or terminations.
Supervise retail stores rental contracts and all licenses.
Supervise and follow up to make sure that all employees are insured under Ooredoo Kuwait group life insurance and group medical insurance according to their respective grades.
Ensure that all Ex-employees are deleted from respective insurance policies.
Ensure the renewals are executed on time and the premium payments are made according to the policy terms and conditions.
Ensure that all reimbursement and compensations money are paid to the respective employees on time.
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant to field of expertise.

+ Ensure that effective cost management is understood and practiced by the organization
+ Leverage market intelligence and liaise with account managers, operations, technical sales and global product line leaders to accurately forecast activity trends and maximize financial results (including profit and loss, fixed assets, inventory, capital expenditures and receivables)
+ Interpret, execute, and enforce contracts to maximize opportunities, minimize revenue leakage and maximize pricing recovery
+ All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
+ Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
