We are working with a leading global enterprise software vendor that is expanding its presence in Kuwait. They are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager with a strong track record in enterprise solution sales to drive growth across the Government and Oil & Gas verticals.
About the Role
This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to closing deals and ensuring successful deployments. The focus will be on building long-term partnerships in the Kuwait market and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation across the Government and Oil & Gas verticals in Kuwait.
- Develop and execute account plans, market penetration strategies, and long-term sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in government and public sector organisations.
- Collaborate with local partners and system integrators on complex, high-value deals.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, drive pipeline growth, and ensure timely bookings, billings, and collections.
- Monitor market trends, perform competitor analysis, and develop strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Create compelling value propositions and tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–8 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on the Government Sector in Kuwait.
- Demonstrated success in selling high-value, complex solutions and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop long-term strategic relationships.
- Experience collaborating with system integrators and local channel partners.
- Well-established network and relationships within the government and public sector in Kuwait.
